Room was big amenities minimal bed was hard hotel going through renovations bar at the hotel downstairs was the most attractive of the overall building. Aircon was cold but the rest especially the tv channel signal was disastrous. Good walk to central gaysorn

Location is good the room is fine don’t expect too much is ok.

I loved my stay here. I have literally stayed at all the hotels on Lang Suan. The rooms are neat, huge and well equipped. The staff at the reception are reserved but helpful once you stay for long. The location is quite a walk from Chit Lom station or to a nearby 7-11.

Great location. Walkable to the BTS. Surrounded by plenty of food places.

Property is very old and tired. Need major refurbishments. Staff motivation to work  is very low and low service level.

Hotel is as always, excellent. Unfortunately due to renovations the restaurant and swimming pool were closed.

Bar at the lobby is crazy loud every night, ruins the hotel vibes. Not sure how the receptionist stands it. Shower temperature wasnt hot enough throughout the few nights we were there.

walking distance from chit lom bts exit 4. not that near but you may have pitstop at few convenience store. around 8-10minutes walk. 5-7mins to the park. hotel pool under maintenance till mid 2024. spacious room. comfortable. friendly housekeeping. friendly reception staff too. overall good stay.

moldy shower tile sealer....evening receptionist wasnt helpful... the pool, fitness and party room of the hotel is renovating. However, we found out by ourself reading the letters in the room. We were trying to ask about dining room but the receptionist stopped us mid sentence and said only, no fitness, no dinning, no pool and walked away. But the receptionist in the morning was nice.

As the hotel is quite far in, you need yo walk at least 15mins to the nearest BTS, there is no shuttle service as compared to nearby hotels which provide such services. The room is spacious, but old. Noises can be heard at 23 floor.

The keys card doesn’t work when we up to the room sofa sink, staff nice and helpful, good location

Nice Hotel. Swimming pool is on renovation and is closed. We were not informed before booking. Sauna was closed. Gym is old and not really big.
