Unbeatable location with a good option of 3 beds-room for a family trip.  Room is big with good city view from the gigantic glass window. Other than the foul smell from the toilet seat and aged towel, it’s a good choice for those prefer asok area.

Pleasant hotel in a central area of Bangkok. Very friendly and helpful staff. Yummy large breakfast buffet. To recommend

This hotel is excellent! It’s a classy place connected to terminal 21 shopping mall.  The place is clean, quiet and well maintained.  The staff is friendly and efficient. The value for money is terrific…considerably less expensive than the Westin or Sheraton and much nicer IMO

The location is perfect! The room is clean and big enough for 3 of us. The breakfast has less variety than expected.

2nd time staying at central world terminal 21. Clean, spacious and centrally located. Honest staffs. Left my ear phone in the room during check out. Staff were able to located it and shipped it back for me.

Loved this hotel. The location was amazing in one of the central malls (terminal 21) and close to the trains for transport. Food and shopping and spas all within walking distance, since the hotel literally is connected to the mall. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They upgraded our room to this beautiful view !! The stay was amazing and the room clean and comfortable!!! Highly recommend and will be back again.

Excellent location just up above bts asok.cleaningness good.But,poor service as especially after earthquake,no one can answer you if it is still safe to stay in this hotel.Then ,I found a notice that there maybe some problems in the hotel rooms and needs checking and maintenance during my stay.How terrible if the hotel can provide this dangerous property to the guest. I urge for compensation but still no response after 3 weeks.

Very big space, with facilities and decoration up to date. Booking criteria not good. I booked a room for two persons, but hotel refuse to add the 2nd person's name on the reservation, and only the first person can check-in on the front desk. Hotel said add the 2nd person's name is a kind of changes of the booking.

Booked Deluxe Premium. Room very clean, stayed on 26th floor overlooking soi cowboy. Room was clean, clean towels too, came with laundry machine and detergent for small load. Drinks and food in the room are free. Literally connected to mall and BTS so you can take the escalator.

Hotel located one of the best and busiest district area of Bangkok.Located in Sukhumvit neighborhood, Grande Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21 is connected to a rail/subway station. to visit Terminal 21 Shopping Mall and EmSphere Shopping Center. Having nearby tourist attractions just walking distance Hotel having one of the best and beautiful swimming pool, Luxury spa, fitness center, Best Restaurant for Breakfast, Lobby of hotel is also good and beautiful. I have spent 1 night at grand deluxe room in this hotel and found it to be a very comfortable stay with great facilities, helpful staff, Daily house keeping, very clean. Over all it's good to stay here.

As usual, good location and top-notch service. Shopping mall just down below. Very convenient.
