Hotel is situated near to the Centralworld and Siam shopping belt. The hotel breakfast was the best breakfast!

Most will note its central location between the Siam and Chit Lom BTS stations, a short walk away from the main shopping streets. But the Hyatt itself is a grand old dame that is its own experience, with great service, amazing facilities, comfortable amenities and an overall great experience. Strongly recommend for business travellers and families alike!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Erawan – thank you to the entire team for such a great experience! To give some context, I was in Bangkok for a medical trip and was mainly looking for a hotel that was convenient in terms of location, with easy access to food and shops. Grand Hyatt Erawan delivered on all fronts. It’s perfectly located, and everything I needed was within reach. To give some context, I was in Bangkok for a medical trip and was mainly looking for a hotel that was convenient in terms of location, with easy access to food and shops. Grand Hyatt Erawan delivered on all fronts. It’s perfectly located, and everything I needed was within reach. Because of its central location, the hotel is bustling and lively – almost every room seemed occupied during my stay. While it may not be the quiet, secluded kind of 5-star hotel some might prefer, I personally loved the energy. The constant flow of guests and families made me feel safe and never alone, even when walking through the corridors late at night. The breakfast buffet was a highlight – delicious and thoughtfully curated. I really appreciated that the chefs came out to greet guests and ask for feedback. It made the whole experience feel warm and communal, like everyone belonged there. Service was also impeccable. The staff were responsive and attentive, and housekeeping was fast and efficient. I also loved that the "Privacy Please" feature was connected to the front desk – the moment I deactivated it, my laundry was delivered right away. Little touches like this made a big difference. Although I didn’t get to try the spa, pool, or gym myself, my partner did and raved about it every morning. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the traffic – which is expected given the central location. Just make sure to plan your travel time, especially during peak hours. All in all, I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. I’ll definitely be back for my next visit. Thank you again for such a memorable stay! Central location and walkable to all the nearby malls with shelter, regardless of rain or shine. The hotel not only accepted my request but went above and beyond my expectations. Exceptional service and attention to detail made the stay truly memorable.

The Hexagon Glass table should be replace because it consumed a lot of spaces. Have difficulty sitting and moving around also.

Second time I stayed at this hotel. Everything about this hotel is so great, it really is a Hyatt classic. Rooms are super clean and spacious. You can even walk straight to central world and the BTS stations through the Erawan plaza.

Great location and staff was excellent. Rooms were very comfortable and the pricing was very reasonable for the location. I think the only thing that I think I was disappointed in was the breakfast spread. Compared to other 5 star hotels in Bangkok, the quality and variety of food at breakfast was good but not as great as other hotels

The grand Hyatt is the grand dame of Bangkok. They did a good job modernising it. The breakfast spread has a good variety of food. The pool and spa is itself an attraction. One can spend the entire day there.

If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely choose this hotel. The service here is outstanding.

They had great amenities and was located in a bustling area. I enjoyed the ambience.

My second time in this hotel. Stayed for 3 nights in King room with Club access. The front desk staffs are well trained and attentive. Service staff Mr Bank at the lobby level restaurant is top notch for his excellent service. Pool and gym are nice and well equipped. Will definitely come again in the near future

Excellent location near BTS and shopping areas, hotel has a lovely antique style. Bakery in Lowe lobby has great pastries.
