Location is very near pratunam and platinum shopping mall. One minus point is that you need to go to 7th floor to reach the hotel lobby and transfer to another lift to reach your hotel level. Overall, the room is clean and prompt service provided by hotel staff. In addition the staff were friendly.

Room was very spacious and they gave us connecting rooms for our trip. Comes with free water bottle daily. Near to platinum mall and there's airport transfer too.

Overall experience is very good. Room is spacious and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel acceeded to my request where they prepared a little small cake to celebrate my husband's birthday.

Very convenient place - pratunam area (nearby platinum, pratunam market, palladium, big C, central world, december shop) all walking distance! The hotel environment is nice, friendly staff and the hotel room is clean.

One of the best hotel I ever stay in Bangkok, the breakfast is awesome, room and bed is awesome. The staff service is superb and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

The hotel we stayed at was incredibly cozy and spacious, with a spotless and well-maintained atmosphere. While it wasn’t overly fancy, it provided a truly wonderful experience. The view was great, and the service was excellent. I would definitely return if I visit Bangkok again. Plus, the location was perfect, situated in the heart of the city and within walking distance to Platinum Fashion Mall, Big C, and Central World via the R Walk.

Will highly recommend this hotel. Clean and spacious. Hotel is convenient at the heart of pratunam. Just opposite platinum mall. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Thank you for the lovely swan i requested! Basically all you need is just around the hotel… from clothing to local food to shopping mall! Just that you need to get into another lift to reach the hotel… where else everything is great!

Location is not really near bts. Need to walk to nearest chidlom which is abt 15 mins. Room is spacious n bed is huge. Breakfast spread so so only.

Spacious room, good location just opposite platinum mall. Very nice breakfast, they change some of the dishes everyday. If you don’t mind to get to the hotel room thru 2 lifts , this is definitely a hotel worth staying in Pratunam area.

Have been staying at this hotel for the past few trips. Easy to book. The hotel is situated near Pratunam market and opposite platinum mall. Many street food and massage shops below the hotel or within walking distance. Will need abit of walking distance to reach big c and central world. Aircon in the room is cold but overall is okay. Love the location so near all the malls that we were targeting. But a bit annoying to have to change lifts to get to the rooms. Room is clean and spacious. However during the last few nights we almost ran out of the shower gel which was not too up for our last 2 nights despite leaving it on the shower floor. Staffs were super friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
