A really wonderful experience and awesome hotel. Bar is the nightlife of the island and the food is high standard A La Carte, to be honest I prefer more local foods which are pretty close by too. There is a local store on site and a place to rent bikes everything is really convenient. We had a beach front room and the view was brilliant it really is a well located hotel. Don’t expect everything to be super cheap but it barely breaks the bank. Oh and don’t forget to check out the 9pm fire show.

Always stay at this hotel during my visit to bangkok!! It's my go - to, convenient location, great service and clean. Room and toilet spacious too. Will recommend!!

This place is easily one of the absolute nest pkaces I've ever visited. The location, the service and the amenities are absolutely perfect. The Buffet Breakfast is easily the best I've ever had in any Hotel, bar none. Its on par and even exceeds 5 Star Hotls like Hilton and Sheridan when it comes to food selection and taste. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone thats travelling to Bangkok anytime soon.

Location was convenient and near the wholesale mall at Pratunum (very good for shopping) and right in the middle of the Pratunum markets, it's also just opposite Platinum mall using the overhead bridge. Hotel is a bit dated and entrance is at an alley and lobby at 7th floor of a dated mall. Service is great so I would stay again if rate is good :)

Simple and nice rooms with most amenities. Location is very convenient. Only thing is that it's quite a walk to the BTS station.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Morning breakfast at the lobby was very decent too! However, the shower room, the mosaic tilings on the floor is mouldy. 🥲 Bedroom slippers are those reusable (rubber type) and is very worn.

Plus points :- Hotel is ideally situated above Shibuya Wholesale Mall at Level 7 !! There’s a McDonalds & Starbucks at ground floor. Walking distance to Platinum Fashion Mall, December Mall, Phoenix Mall & Pratunam Day & Night market !! Friendly and attentive staffs ! I had and love the great view staying at the 19th floor. Great security to the hotel rooms. There is a currency exchange machine at the hotel Lobby !! Minus points :- Pillow are way too soft thou I had requested for harder one. Still not hard enough. Time for refurbishing coz not enough Socket/plug to charge our phones and laptops! And we gotta remove our plug in order to use the hairdryer. Too little space to share 2 plugs 😢 Hotel Slippers not acceptable as it could be a reusable pair from the previous guest. Coz I found my slippers are sticky and not comfortable as it’s made of rubber. (I had to buy a pair of slippers outside) Other than that both myself and my daughter felt safe staying in this 4 stars hotel. Might be back again if base on location n pricing on our next trip.

Really great place to stay! The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and I spent much of my time inside. It was very convenient to have massage service in the same building, and it was also very convenient to walk to the local markets, malls and convenient stores nearby. The staff were all very helpful and as I stayed during the recent earthquake, they were very active and organized with the emergency crisis management and very accommodating to the guests' needs.

Good location just opposite Platinum mall. Room is spacious. Bed is comfortable but the pillow is too soft. Buffet breakfast is great. Overall quite a good stay at this hotel.
