I love the hotel and stuff food food sky bar Steam sauna swimming pool gym spa massage. All the staff are so nice. And the hotel close to the super market I can easy go to shopping eating walking parking and buying stuff back home.

Nice room and facilities, staffs clean up seats once you leaving it during the breakfast, even you actually still having breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very well located next to a shopping center. Thank you, I will come back for the comfort.

The hotel is in a good location, right next to the shopping center, you can walk through the parking lot without going out to the street, there is also a metro station nearby, the rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly, everything went well, we didn't try the breakfasts

Book for 4nights, really enjoy the comfortable king size bed, connect with central ladprao the shopping mall with lot variety of food and also connect 2 transportation mrt and bts, yes a bit far from city center due to i was visited bangkok many times first time choose outskirts a bit really get sick of tourists. 😂😂😂

Hotel next to central ladprao which is walking distance and bts ha yaek ladprao. Convenient to go around bangkok by bts as the area was congested.

Hotel is good, well maintained and clean. Checking process was also very smooth and pain free. Highly recommended

Located at Central department shopping mall LadPau. Have supermarket and a big food court and restaurants for good eats. Have a big garden and swimming pool. Close to BTS can go to more shopping malls such as Emporium, One and many more. Room type junior suite is the best not expensive with good value for money.

Hotel room spacious. The room just a bit older.. If got do renovation will be great. Hotel breakfast consider good

A pleasant surprise from the hotel although I didn’t mentioned that it was my birthday. The hotel left a cake in my room & sang a birthday song for me when I was in the sky bar at night. Would like to express gratitude to the hotel & staff for the effort.

2nd time staying at centara grand @ ladprao. Some issues i had encountered on this trip: 1. During check-in the receptionist forgot to return my passport and i have to remind them & 2. Booked 2 rooms, 1 of the room was infested with cockroaches. Kudos to the staffs in assisting us to clear the roaches and immediately changed a new room for us at 12mn. There is room for improvement in cleanliness for a 5stars hotel, other than that everything else was good. Hope that there will be improvement when i visit next time.
