One employee is rude in the breakfast buffet area

Hotel looks likes it has not been renovated for quite some time. Dimly lit room and corridors. Hotel room and bathroom are outdated.

Mainly to chill and enjoy the local authentic Thai foods and massages. Shopping for the necessities.

the hotel is fully booked so i was given a room with un pleasant smell! It seems like a vinegar was spilled on the carpet. They refused to get me another room as they are fully booked. I asked for an air freshener but the smell is still the same. Even in full aircon it smell bad. I demanded to get another room the next day as i was staying for 2 nights more. The 2nd room is clean. the hotel is near the airport line there is a door that goes directly to the main street. it is at the back of baiyoke sky hotel. The hotel is outdated and needs renovation. Room lookes good on picture though. If staying at this area again i will choose another hotel I definitely wont stay here again. There a lot of choices nereby. The staff is okay though.

This place is much better inside the building. Lobby space is so nice.

The room was very small to compare with the photo from the web, very smelly (may be from carpet floor}, bath was crack, celling/wall paint peeling, the neighbor talking very loud. Lay down for an hour then started to look for other hotel. We moved out in 2 hours after check in.

I really do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very low standards and the staff at disk front not nice at or helpful. The room was really in bad shape in every detail and the breakfast there was not that many options and i think this way the breakfast restaurant was so empty. The area is not so clean either. I will put this review in multiple sites so it can really help people before they book. This hotel does not match a bangkok hotel standard. Don't trust the fake reviews as I did before I booked this hotel. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good enough standard. Regards Ehsan

Good location for shopping because near supermarket and mall . For me amenities in room so poor . In my room has charging place only one near table of mirror .
