Probably my best hotel in bangkok. The sunset view is so magical. The pool is hugeeee and there is gym and sauna. Very complete. They will ask deposit 1000bht cash so just prepare. Check in time at 3 pm which i which i can check in early and check out by 11am. This area literally thai people area. It’s a combination hotel and residence. The room is so spacious!!! I love it’s so clean. Up to Japanese standards. You need to use access card to enter the building and to enter your floor. Overall I it’s a nice hotel!! It just it’s not near to any public transport. Other than that it’s perfect.

Location is little bit far from center, but not bad. Recommend it!

So far we have fantastic experiences with the hotel,service is excellent, even got free ride to food court.Rooms were big,more comfortable than a lot of 5 stars hotels I stayed before.

Had some bad experiences in this hotel, front staff was rude, because i dyed my hair red and left some stains on the bed sheets, I stayed in this hotel for 2days, the front staff told me I needed to pay for 300 for the stains, I was totally okay with it, (she told me 4-5times I owe them 300), I KNEW IT, I didn’t mind to pay for the damage. Then I extended the room didn’t ask for room service, but when I checked out the front staff told me that I needed to pay 800, it doesn’t make sense, 300\2=150 per day, plus I the last day of staying in total I should pay 450, she’s arguing with me about 20mins. she blamed it’s me now she needs to pay for the money back to me, it’s not customers fault!! Overall it’s not a satisfying staying because of the front as well as the location it’s not convenient.

The accommodation was exceptional, with outstanding and supportive staff. Its convenient location, adjacent to a 7-Eleven and pharmacy, was a significant advantage. The spacious room offered exceptional value. The provision of 24/7 security enhanced the property's safety and security.

Amazing place for the price and outside to the left just a min walk amazing noodle guy clean tasty food show the pic then he will know was me and will look after you

The hotel givea great value for money. Although the rooms look a bit dated, everything is spotless clean. The swimming and the gym are great and there is even a steamroom. The distance to the MRT can be a bit far for some people especially after the shuttle service stops after 19;00. But All together a great if you are traveling on a budget

The shower can't be controlled...too hot or too cold only.

Overall, this hotel served us well as we transited between Bangkok and another location in Thailand. We stayed at the hotel two nights. The surrounding area provided local options for food. We were going to take advantage of the paid airport shuttle, but we ended up taking a taxi, which is a very easy option from the airport. We're thankful we did this as the shuttle is more expensive than a taxi trip. We arrived at 11:30. After several days of travel, we were hoping for an early check in. We had to wait until 2:30. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly.

Excellent service, location to shopping center quite far (need to use transportation i.e motorcycle/taxi/car)
