We are family of three with a 6 year old child, stayed two nights here. Hotel is in prime location, only a few mins walk from MRT (Blue) line, easy to get around town. Walking distance to one of the famous Jodd Fairs Rama night market and Big C centre. Upon our check in, we were greeted by friendly staff who helped us taking our luggage’s, reception staff who speak to us in very polite manner and help us with room upgrade. We didn’t have breakfast or swimming pool facilities here as our schedules were fully booked from 7am to 6pm for the next 2 days with day tours we pre-booked online. Breakfast looks great and have a great options, swimming pool was also quite clean(see photos).

Good hotel and good customer service. The room is big, the staff upgraded the rooms for us. We were enjoyed this time

I will never book this hotek again. The amount of mosquitoes and bugs in my room was ridiculous. I think I killed 3-4 mosquitoes per day and I stayed there for 4 nights. The last day I was there I woke up with my eyelids and fave swollen as well as other spots on my hands by some kind of animal bites. Let alone this was nye so I ended up staying in cause I didn’t wanna scare anyone with my swollen face. I was on the first floor maybe thats why there were more bugs but I think they were some kind of bed bugs or something because it happened in my sleep. Staff were rather nice and service was fast but I will never risk it again with insect bites as I can also very sensitive where I swell with all bites. Also the wifi was not stable as one of the nights I had to call for support 4 times, they were very helpful and was quite fast to fix the situation but I think with this price and location there may be better options. I would never come back to this hotel again as I am very traumatized. I have never had an experience like this.

Good stay here because the location was quite convenient hotel is relatively new

The service is good especially the housekeeping and the doorman. The housekeeping is doing a great job and maintained a high level of cleanliness of the room. The door man very polite and eager to help all guests.

Have stayed here for years. Apartment is big and spacious. You will have plenty of space. It’s near Esplanade mall, the MRT and even 7-11 convenience stall just minutes away.

New and clean room. The swimming pool is good for kids, my kid is happy.

Excellent location and size of the room makes this place a great place to stay. Near the subway, The Street Ratchada, Big C and JODD Fairs. Also near Huai Khwang district. The staff is friendly and the room is clean and spacious. Any issues arising are attended to quickly. Highly recommended!

My usual hotel for my trip to Bangkok. It was an excellent location and I always frequent my stay here. MTR location is round the corner.

Good service and the hotel is clean. Have a mall nearby, which can buy food and meal.

The rooms are well equipped with laundry machines and microwaves. Spacious and clean with large window and balcony. Walking distance from the subway. Recommended for solo and/or family travellers☺️

Had check with hotel for early check in prior to the stay. Replied will accommodate if there is an available room. Upon checking in, ask for 1500 baht for early check in, managed to deal with 1000 baht. Booked deluxe room with city view, they gave us the 1st floor room which beside has no view just a building. Lots of mosquito inside the room and room is awfully smelly. Upon request, allow to change room and offered upgraded room with pool view without surcharge. They charge deposit 1000 baht per day not per stay is quite weird and no transparent policy was provided to state per day or per stay. Very limited complimentary few sachet of coffee and 2 bottles. The hotel seems okay but seems overcharged compared to others. May be I was spoiled by other hotels which provide best services and customer care compared to this hotel

I loved my stay here. I could definitely come back. The pool and gym are good. The staff are friendly. I was given an upgraded room at no charge. The apartment was spacious. I love the bathtub. The bed was so comfortable. The A/C was loud but it worked like the Arctic wind, 😁. All of the kitchen appliances work well and I'm glad they had dishes. I had to buy laundry soap to use the machine but no big deal. It's a 5 minute walk to the mall. I highly recommend.
