2nd time staying in Arte hotel. The location is about 5 minutes walk to terminate 21. Service was excellent as staff is friendly and helpful. The swimming pool at the roof top is a good place to chill. The room is spacious and generally clean.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it still maintains its standards. The service from the front desk staff, Kung and Noina, was professional, quick, and attentive. Even when other staff members saw me carrying snacks upstairs, they proactively asked if I needed any plates or bowls. The service definitely deserves more than a perfect score. In terms of location, it's close to T21 Mall, with convenience stores and a 24-hour supermarket inside Robinson Mall. It's also right next to the BTS and Metro stations, and there are many excellent massage shops downstairs. The hotel pool isn't large, but it's beautiful and just right for a vacation. I highly recommend trying the hotel breakfast, especially their boat noodles and Thai-style eggs, which are outstanding. I've been to Thailand over ten times, but I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time in Bangkok.

The hotel is located near Asok BTS station and Sukumvit Metro station as well as the shopping centre Terminal 21, making it very convenient to travel to everywhere. I also liked the 3- single bedding configuration which suits me and two of my friends perfectly. Overall, a peasant stay but I must say it’s quite expensive.

Okay, let’s get the obvious out of the way: from the road, this hotel might not look like the latest episode of “Luxury Resorts of the Rich and Famous.” You won’t find gold-plated doorknobs or a valet dressed like James Bond. But the second you step inside? BAM. It’s like crossing into another dimension—specifically, one where customer service is actually done right. The staff here? I’m convinced they’re part of some secret hospitality ninja guild. I don’t know how they do it, but every time I needed something—extra towels, directions, an existential pep talk—they were just… there. I didn’t even have to call. I swear they must have teleportation powers or at least some Harry Potter-level service magic going on. Clean room? Check. Comfortable bed? Check. That feeling of being genuinely cared for without the fake smiles and robotic greetings? HUGE CHECK. So no, it’s not the flashiest place on the highway. But if you care about service that makes you feel like royalty without selling your kidneys to afford it—this is your spot. 10/10, would teleport back in a heartbeat.

Return stay. Excellent location. Always friendly staff. Clean room. Premier room is huge as shown. Buffet breakfast was good too… substantial. My go to place to stay in Bkk

This is my 2nd stay at Arte Hotel. We were delighted to be given free upgrade to Premium room. Room is spacious and very comfortable with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed.  The area for improvement for the room are the towels. The towels are grayish and need to be changed as part of service level upgrade.  Breakfast spread was good and service staff friendly.  Concierge staff also very helpful and friendly.

Location quite good, about 5-10min walk from train station and shopping mall. Room is clean and big as well!

Nice front desk service from Oil, friendly and helpful. Always with a smile face. Great location and delicious breakfast, however the room desperately needs a renovation, cracks on bath tub, broken faucet and shower head. Other than poor room condition, nothing to complain about

Overall stay was good, but lobby had a lot of mosquitoes. Room was spacious and comfortable. Location was average. Highlight was the delicious boat noodle cart just outside the hotel!

Location was good, near Asok station and also Terminal 21. Relatively clean. However the room is not sound proof. Can hear clearly what the people in the next room talking. Booked a premier room but no bathrobe provided.

Location is the best! Whole street is full with massage shop, very near walk to terminal 21, bts and mrt.
