Opholdt sig i 6 nætter, og det var fantastisk. Meget behagelig og nem at komme rundt til populære steder i Thonglor-området.

Dejligt hotel tæt på centrum, velegnet til familier ulempe, der er ingen reception for gæster eller hjælp med at losse kufferter i hotellets lobby et af gangrummene er som et lager

They forget to put towel on my room everyday for 4 nights and at night loud noise from somewhere in the hotel get louder and louder until 3am. Sorry not gonna stay there again until they improved.

Don’t book here as a family, there is an after-hours club on the first floor. The first night I was on the 2nd floor, and I had to request to move since it was so loud. The gym and pool are under construction, and there was no notice until you’re literally at the pool entrance. The location is decent, being close to The Commons and SeenSpace (in pic). It’s very not walkable to the nice places, but that’s just Bangkok’s fault. Would recommend many other hotels at this price point/location.

The hotel have an old money design. Rooms are small but clean. The service is ok.

I choosed this hotel because location is near songkran electronics musik festival! Good!

We were enjoy much to stay 5D4N there, I will come back again, there is a good facility fo the washing machine and dryer 2 in 1. Also, a few step ahead to the boat terminal, easy to get it to patunam market and Central world. There are also have shuttle service to MRT and BTS, but the schedule is a bit late for those have program on the early morning, pls do check the schedule as per attachment.

I’ve booked online based on a selection of swimming pool and bath tube, when arrived , no swimming pool and the bath tube was like a small chair on the bath tube , you can’t even soak in water . Al you can do is have a shower. Discussed with hotel , no way to get any discount or a better room. I had lost my time. Also the hotel is under construction and it’s a hassle Overpriced in the bar and restaurant and they kick people out from breakfast around 10. Cleaning is not done accordingly. I was very disappointed. Never stay again at this hotel

Too dirty and old hotel Room were too bad and dirty it's very old hotel guys pls be aware and don't see cheap hotel . I had to go in middle stay . Bad hotel and very old hotel . There are many other option in that area is full of bad smell

An awful experience which wasted a day of our stay . Firstly the room and bathroom especially was dirty . Then the socket came out of the wall. The first night had extremely loud music thumping all night long . We asked at 3.30am to be moved . We moved at 4am only a few doors down . Then in the morning after showering the room flooded . We had to move room again . As we had to wait to move rooms we lost out on a tour . Then when using the washing machine in the room it stopped working meaning we couldn’t get our clothes out . It took four maintenance men and a few hours to sort . No offer of apology from the hotel . No compensation and no offer of a refund . They simply did not care .

We stayed for 6 nights in Bangkok at Metropole , the staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean, amazing lobby, restaurant , bar, swimming pool and gym , easily accessible, they change bedding and towels daily, I enjoyed staying in this hotel .

Very comfortable beds, great quality mattresses and pillows. It feels like the bed hugs you when you lie down. Also, there is kitchen with a washing machine in each room.
