The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and inviting, with well-equipped facilities. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service, being attentive and helpful. Overall, it was a great and worthwhile stay.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The lobby area is beautifully and elegantly decorated. Check in was fast and the hotel super friendly. The room was grandios and even had a balcony with a view. Even though the location is a bit off, they provide shuttle buses to Central embassy every hour so no need to worry to be stuck in the hotel. All in all, amazing stay! Will definitely come back

Restaurant service is poor during breakfast time in lobby floor, totally unacceptable.

The facilities and the room in this hotel are new with good condition, the staffs are outstanding and helpful. I had visited the spa as well, the services and the spaces is great. We are fully satisfied with the hotel, that’s a good experience for our family!

Absolutely love our stay. Pool was beautiful and the setting of the room was to our taste. Would have love to have the sauna or steam to use after pool without getting the hydra spa day pass.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay. We arrived a bit earlier than expected, Mr. Sunn (or Sonn) from the front desk told us our room was not ready yet, and he was so kind to invite us to the executive lounge to have a drink and some snacks and most importantly enjoy the beautiful view of Bangkok. 酒店的早餐十分丰富，囊括了泰国本土的美食、中东食品、西式早餐丰富程度远超国内的一线酒店品牌，如果你不喜欢喧闹的街头，在这里一样可以品尝到精致美味的thai street food 酒店的环境十分幽静，周围的商圈也十分雅致，有牛排馆中餐馆日料店….酒店的礼宾部可以登记预约前往地铁站的接驳班车，每个小时一趟是免费的 无边泳池不是很大，但是很度假，在炎热的中午，可以在泳池边小憩 我订的房型包含着厨房和小客厅，理论上是一个套间，但是价格很合适，更棒的是房间内还有洗衣机和炉灶餐具，可以常驻自己做饭。 唯一的美中不足就是前台送东西会稍微慢一些，每次都要等个十几20分钟。 十分喜欢这家酒店，这也是我第一次住凯宾斯基，印象非常的好，很愿意把它推荐给朋友和家人。 再次感谢所有接待我们的staff，包括礼宾前台客房还有餐厅的工作人员，谢谢

Exceptional service, luxurious and beautifully appointed facilities, and a lavish breakfast buffet with excellent food quality and diverse options made for an outstanding 2-night stay at the Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel in Bangkok. The grand deluxe room was extremely spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.

If you would like to relax and spend your time with your family, this hotel can be one of your choice.

Location is not convinient. A short distance from the hotel to the main road takes about 20-30mins car ride, shuttle bus is provided but makes no difference if stuck in the horrendous jam everytime travelling out n back. Breakfast was a letdown, for a 5stars hotel i expected better varieties instead the usual/basic offerings.

Location is really not that convenient, far away from BTS or MRT stations. Wooden floor of the room is not clean. I dropped some water on the floor and used tissue paper to clean it off and it became grey in color. Asked room service to bring me something, sometimes they didn't get it right. When I checked out, they almost charged me a meal that I didn't have at the hotel. Staff at bell desk were not as proactive as those at the other Kempinski hotel in Bangkok or other 5-stars hotel.
