Good location, good service, clean, nice pool with gym room, bedrooms not bad etc. lol

This hotel is very nice. It's our first time to stay here and we love everything about it. The location is ideal. Great German restaurant on the ground floor. Staff are also friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a good variety of different dishes. The rooms are clean and although the size isn't that big it's very cozy and the bed is great. Tv channels are also working. Hopefully you can add more international channels in English. The wifi is also working in all areas.

A fantastic hotel in a great location. Facilities are relatively new and good breakfast.

Excellent location in the heart of city with lots of dining and entertainment. Close to BTS. Great value for money and staff friendly and courteous. I needed a early check in and front office staff very very helpful, after having a all night flight landing early morning.

Good location, bars, restaurants and 7-11 around. Terminal 21 just 10 minutes walk, Nama station just 5 minutes walk and very convenient to go everywhere.

Excellent. Can’t fault them in any way. The pool was clean. The rooms were cleaned and the breakfast was always something different!!

Lovely hotel middle of soi 11 but down a la e so quiet staff were very polite and courteous problem with my safe but fixed straight away pool on top floor nxt to breakfast room and jad breakfast each morning usual fare egg station very nice will definitely go back

This hotel is strategically located in the lively Sukhumvit 11 street with many great food and entertainments within walking distance. The rooms are great, the staff are friendly and accomodative. Makes for a great stay for business trips

I quite liked the place; I think it will be my new go-to in Bangkok. The staff is nice, the room and facilities are very nice, and the location is fantastic. The feel of the place worked well for me.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Eleven Hotel is in a convenient location to transportation, restaurants, and nightlife. It is one of the most clean and hygienic accommodations I have encountered..

Location is quiet, still central and perfect for a city visit, Close to public transportation, Great breakfast, Will book again

It’s a great location if you’re primarily looking for the night life! Plenty of bars and clubs around the area! The food in the restaurant itself wasn’t the great so don’t recommend eating there! The amenities were good as well!

A little disappointed this time, I booked an executive room w/ king bed and was given a regular room, in their defense. The guy did ask if I wanted a room that was quiet. I said yes, assuming it would be the executive room.🤷♂️ also had a bad musky smell on floor number eight. The staff is incredible and go out of their way to help you. 

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from BTS Nana station. The food for buffet breakfast is good but not hot enough.
