Excellent location in the heart of town and near to Asoke BTS station and Terminal 21 (within 10 mins walking). Service is on par for a 4 star hotel and staff are friendly and helpful. As the location is prime, expect traffic jams and it would be better to commute by motorbike or BTS.

Room is clean and with sufficient amenities. Hotel location is convenient. Front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. Had an enjoyable stay with this hotel.

The hotel massage was of great value, room service and pad thai exceeded expectations. The room assigned was warm and welcoming.

The hotel is convenient. It is located at Em district, with walkable distance to EMSPHERE and EmQuartier where you can eat, shop and drink easily. There’s also a massage place right opposite to the hotel and even one inside the hotel. However, it’s not super close to the main road and if you are alone, it’s quite dark at night and a bit comfortable, like The 711 next to the hotel even has a drunkie lying at the staircase. About the room, it is spacious but the light is not bright and the furnitures are a bit old. I even found some red stains on my bedsheet, so i ask them to change for me , and the room service boy came up and questioned if I did this myself… I was speechless… Overall, the hotel is still okish for the price.

The room offered a modern, elegant design with plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time together. Breakfast: Breakfast at the hotel was a highlight each morning. The buffet featured a wide range of dishes, with new options added daily. From fresh pastries to local Thai delicacies and a variety of Western choices, there was something for every palate. Executive Lounge: Having access to the Executive Lounge was a fantastic perk. Throughout the day, we enjoyed a variety of delicious refreshments, and from 5-7 pm, we indulged in complimentary cocktails and other alcoholic beverages whilst looking out over the city as the sun set upon it. The relaxed atmosphere and attentive service made it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Service and Management: The staff at Novotel were genuinely lovely—attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel is clearly well-managed, with everything running smoothly and efficiently, adding to the overall sense of comfort and relaxation. Location: Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 is ideally situated in one of Bangkok’s most vibrant districts, offering convenient access to a range of amenities and attractions. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from both the MRT (Metro) and BTS (Skytrain) stations, making it easy to explore the city. The surrounding area is bustling with a variety of dining options, from street food to upscale restaurants (I strongly recommend Esaan Nation Kitchen) as well as numerous massage parlors for a relaxing experience after a day of sightseeing. For shopping enthusiasts, Terminal 21 Plaza is nearby, providing a convenient spot for quick shopping. While it’s great for a casual browse, we found Icon Siam to be a more enjoyable destination for a full shopping experience. Additionally, the area is well-equipped with essential services, including hairdressers, laundry facilities, and a 7-Eleven just 50 meters up the street, perfect for grabbing late-night snacks or drinks. This prime location offers the perfect blend of convenience and local charm, making it an excellent base for exploring Bangkok. Overall Experience: Our stay at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 was everything we hoped for and more. The combination of a luxurious suite, excellent amenities, and outstanding service made it the perfect choice for our honeymoon. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Bangkok. Please ignore the bright black spot in the upper right corner at the last picture (duvet), that's from the camera. The bedding was dirty, see the pictures, the first 2 pictures is the bedsheet. I don't know is it because they didn't change it in the first place before I checked in or something went wrong during their laundry process. But it's really annoying! Why should I think about what else they forgot to clean, and I just didn't notice it yet? They changed the bedding pretty fast, within 10 minutes after my complaint. But they asked me do I want it to be changed! Like I want to sleep on the dirty bed which previous customers left? Or it wasn't washed properly? "Calm down" like it's not a big deal? Other than that everything is ok, the bed is soft enough, quiet, good location.

The hotel service was quite good with attentive staff. The breakfast was also quite good. The location was very convenient for getting around on foot, with easy access to foot massage services and a shopping mall.

Stayed for 2 nights for a short trip. The service from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out was almost flawless. Rooms were stocked well (including 2 big bottles of water). Washroom was clean and comfortable. Bed was great to sink into and stare at the BKK skyline as the sun sets. Would repeat!

Excellent hotel chain. Everything is nice. This place near by bts and shopping. love to walk for seeing the city.

Second stay within a week. Very good hotel, clean, comfortable bed, in the room can manage different light right from the bed. Good choice for breakfast. Rooms are a bit small but comfortable. Shower super good. Just keep in mind that walking to BTS will take time.

Hotel okay, quiet area, far from main road. Suitable for nightlife

Location is good close to many restaurants, massage and Asok BTS station. Room is spacious, clean and sufficient variety of food for Breakfast. Service is good with well spoken English from staffs we encountered.

staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was decent, sky bar was nice with good cosmos. The bathtub/ shower situation needs updating. For people with mobility issues or sore back or lacking flexibility climbing in and over the the wide edge of the tub to get to the shower seems a bit much. great location for EMsphere and LIVE venue events.
