My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The overall ambiance was relaxing. The only small downside was that the sofa had a few stains, and I felt the amenities could have been a bit more comprehensive. Still, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

The location is superior, it's only a ten-minute walk to the EM business district opposite the hotel. two。 There are 711 and massage parlors 200 meters downstairs to the left of the hotel. It is convenient for shopping and there are several massage parlors near dinner. 3. There is no traffic jam to the airport for about 45-50 minutes; there is a shuttle bus not far from the subway station. 4. The room is 30 square meters, the same type of hotel is quite spacious, the decoration pattern landscape is good, the wardrobe is very big, the storage space is many, the bed is comfortable, the flower sprinkles the water is very big (too rare in Thailand) 5. There are Chinese staff at the front desk who can speak basic Chinese, communicate with OK, and the overall staff service is very good. 6. There is a massage on the 9th floor of the hotel, which is very technical and physiotherapeutic, so make an appointment in advance. 7. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool with beautiful scenery, and many foreigners exercise and bask in the sun on this floor. 8. The scenery of the top floor bar is beautiful, and it is highly recommended to experience it. The western food on the 8th floor and the food on the top floor are very delicious, and the price is cheaper than EM. Residents eat at a 20% discount, which is almost full of performance-price ratio. Location is great, walking distance to BTS and MRT, shopping copmlexes Terminal 21, Emsphere etc are nearby. Clean and big room, a lot of options for breakfast.

The Hotel is situated near Asoke BTS station and is very convenient to walk to a couple of shopping malls. Room and breakfast are decent.

Good location good hotel breakfast is perfect. Many selection on breakfast location bear metro.

Excellent location in the heart of town and near to Asoke BTS station and Terminal 21 (within 10 mins walking). Service is on par for a 4 star hotel and staff are friendly and helpful. As the location is prime, expect traffic jams and it would be better to commute by motorbike or BTS.

Okay .. generally the hotel is great but the main road is very congested and it’s very hard to charter a ride especially when it rains. Walking around is fine as it’s near some big malls and close to bts. Otherwise, the hotel is great and the service is top-notch !

A typical 4star hotel. Location is convenient with a little walk. About 15mins walk to Terminal 21. Breakfast wasn’t the best was good enough with many choices. As usual they usually do not attend to your request if you book through external websites with cheaper price. I ask for a connecting room a month ahead but were told unavailable on arrival.

Room is clean and with sufficient amenities. Hotel location is convenient. Front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. Had an enjoyable stay with this hotel.

The hotel is convenient. It is located at Em district, with walkable distance to EMSPHERE and EmQuartier where you can eat, shop and drink easily. There’s also a massage place right opposite to the hotel and even one inside the hotel. However, it’s not super close to the main road and if you are alone, it’s quite dark at night and a bit comfortable, like The 711 next to the hotel even has a drunkie lying at the staircase. About the room, it is spacious but the light is not bright and the furnitures are a bit old. I even found some red stains on my bedsheet, so i ask them to change for me , and the room service boy came up and questioned if I did this myself… I was speechless… Overall, the hotel is still okish for the price.
