Свежий номер (нам достался без окна), с великолепной верандой на верхнем этаже (тут же найдете кухню и холодильник). Отель расположен в 10 минутах от аэропорта на тихой улочке. В пешей доступности 7/11, местные лавочки, стильные и современные кафе и рестораны. Приветливый персонал, круглосуточный check in/out

Came to visit my Daughter who is living in Bangkok. The hostel is really nice. Close to BKK airport. Nice area. 7-Eleven close by with an ATM. Staff is nice. It’s clean. Private room with private bathroom and AC. The room also had a balcony. Rooftop sitting area. Where you can watch the sunset. Safe. Need the card to get onto the building if there is no one at the front desk. You can hear the birds in the morning.

After experiencing a heavy downpour, water started leaking into our room. We included this information in our review. However, since then, the owner has been sending us harassing emails. In his latest message, he even accused us of lying, suggesting that if we had water in our room, the adjacent room would have experienced the same issue. The water was dripping from the roof and landed on one of our hard case luggage pieces. We don't believe anyone was staying in the room next to ours, so it's unclear how the owner can confirm his claim. In our review, we only mentioned these details. There were other issues we didn't discuss, such as other tenants slamming doors at 1 am and the hallway light seeping into our room from under the door. If you value a good night's sleep before an early morning flight, I recommend avoiding Yam Yen Hostel.

I like: - the owner is the heart of the place: extremely friendly, helpful, very good english speaker and great personality - the owner will drive you to the airport even at 5 am and wake you up if necessary (costs 180B) - shampoo, shower gel and free water - good wi-fi Didn’t like: - the kitchen is neglected but it fulfills its function, there is no free tea or coffee - the hostel is in the middle of nowhere
