The hotel is comfortable and location is safe, easy access and not so crowded surrounding. Suitable for families. Important is easy transport drop off

The room is very spacious. The hotel is a little bit far from the main shopping area but they provide buggy service to the main road.

The room was slightly dirty and the shower head didn’t work properly. The bed was clean but the floors are dirty. Quite noisy at night and could hear everything around me very clearly. Even in the morning, i could hear the alarm clocks from other rooms.

Perfect cozy hotel in the middle of Bangkok. Very new and clean, once step into the hotel smell so nice, i really wanna know what kind of perfume this hotel is using for the lobby area. The bedroom is big , beautiful set up and the bed is so comfy. Worth every satang i've paid for.. and staffs are very helpful.. Overall is perfect.. im glad i decided to book this hotel.

I would rate the overall experience of staying here a 3/5. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff are nice too. But the rooms are not soundproof. I could hear people nearby talking, crying, and screaming. I could also hear the TV from the next room. It really disturbed me and my dad from sleeping well.

Best service, when I arrive around 1AM of midnight, they still have staff to help me pick up the baggage to the room. Everything is so clean and nice, those amenities also FOC.

My stay at the hotel was nearly perfect, with just one minor issue to note. The room was spacious and elegantly furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. However, there was a slight issue with a lingering smell in the toilet. Despite the cleanliness of the bathroom overall, this was a noticeable drawback that detracted slightly from an otherwise flawless experience. It's worth noting that despite this, the overall impression of the hotel was positive, thanks to its prime location, luxurious amenities, and attentive staff.

My experience at Loft Bangkok was horrendous from the moment I stepped foot into the room. The room was filthy, with patches of dust everywhere. I spoke to the concierge, and they briefly sent someone to sweep the floor, but it was a half-hearted attempt at best. After a long day out, I returned to find the toilet in a deplorable state. There was an extremely heavy drainage stench and a pool of dead flies on the toilet floor. I complained to the concierge the next morning before heading out again. They promised to address the issue, but when I returned, the situation was no better. The floor was so damp it felt as if it had been mopped with a broomstick. My feet were literally swimming in water. To make matters worse, there was no heater in the showers, making it impossible to take a comfortable shower. After complaining once more, they finally decided to change my room. However, the new room was just as bad, minus the drainage smell. The toilet door was broken and required slamming to close properly. Whenever we closed the main door, the toilet door would automatically open due to what seemed like pressure issues. I understand that this is a relatively cheap hotel, and one shouldn't expect too much. However I feel what I needed was a bare minimum, this experience was by far the worst I've ever had and completely ruined our wedding anniversary. I usually don’t leave bad reviews on any place I stay or dine at, even if the experience is bad but this is tops it all and I wish to let people know if they ever decide. Book at your own risk, maybe it’s a hit or miss, but mine was surely a big MISS. Never again.

The staff really shock my expectations the service was up to a 5star hotel standards if there is rain the hotel staff would be waiting for us with umberalla and will help us open the door everytime we were entering and exiting. The room was good clean and comfy but the varieties of breakfast was less but i guess it matches the breakfast prices overall lovely stay and we go bck here again

Toilet bowl dirty, shower area flooded ,sunken bed can’t sleep at all , shower mixer wrong install, dangerous screw at soap holder . Dirty toilet . Bad location full of Indian and smelly back lane . Toilet paper right on top dust bin . Spoil weight machine.

location is abit off the common road. generally, room is clean and value for money

Nice room and clean. But next to Indian location.

Overall a comfortable stay. Clean environment. Friendly staff.
