A basic and functional stay, but nothing particularly special. The rooms were clean and the location was decent, but overall the experience was quite average. Fine for a short stay if you just need a place to sleep, but don’t expect anything memorable. Overall it's ok

I would say just a simple hotel with the most bare minimum ever. The room is not sound protected. So, you could hear most of the things the things from your neighbors, even the coin drops or pipeline.

There’s a reason why this hotel deserves this price point- guess you pay for what you get: - shower room does not have any soap rack so you put your items on the floor when you shower - lack of facial tissue in the room - we stayed for 3 days but they didn’t even bother to put an extra roll of tissue in the room - phone doesn’t work so don’t expect there’s any room service - the walls are super thin so you’ll be woken up a million times every morning when other people enter or leave their room - they don’t come in and tidy the room during the 3 days we stayed there - not a very suitcase friendly location if you are arriving via the BTS

The room was very modern and classy. Didn‘t really have a nice view but i was comfortable! The staff helped me out, tho I still felt like I shouldn‘t interact too much. Breakfast was okay, thai tea was great!

So I will be honest with you, this hotel is really good for the price and it’s really convenient for people who are looking to visit ICONSIAM, but people who will be going to the city and asok might have difficulty cause it’s a bit far. The hotel is clean and the room are spacious and fine. Yet I had a bad experience when entering the hotel, i called them twice and informed them whether I can check in early at 3AM, they agreed but said I have to pay 500bhat for it, I agreed and I asked my Thai gf to call them the day after just to double check if they didn’t understand my English properly, they said yes for sure. When i came I wasn’t able to check in at that time cause they didn’t inform one another. It was along flight honestly and I needed some sleep, in the end they let me check in around 5:30AM.

Good location

The hotel was in an okay area ,there are not many shops around but there is a 7/11 near by .The room was spacious but not cozy at all .The reception people were not welcoming,because of our luggage,we accidentally left 1 suitcase in the reception area,the hotel staff did not even bother bringing it up to us .I will definitely not be coming back here .

Overall fantastic experience. Location was great, very clean, and friendly staff. Price wasn't too bad either.

We booked this last minute for 1 night. There was a strong damp smell in the room. Stupid check in procedure with the deposit requirement and they asked for 5% extra charge if you offer your credit card. We ended up staying somewhere else.

Was okay but the The room is not quiet as I requested. You still can hear the road out side, the worst thing is you can hear the room upstairs flush the toilet through the pipes!!! That’s is annoyed me wake me up every hour hearing flushing the toilet hopefully whoever stay upstairs is okay not that diarrhoea!. Wish I could do upload the video of the noise.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating who let us store luggage (however not in a safe place). Location is very confusing as maps gives different places of where it is. Even the tuk tuk driver was confused. It’s very far out from the centre and where everything is over an hour and a half walk. Everything was clean and comfortable however, minimal bathroom privacy and the pipes are extremely loud at night with a strange smell coming from them.

Tries charging extra for everything, staff are rude and not very accomodating

This time I was lucky, and I managed to relax in peace and get a good night’s sleep. For 1000฿, it’s an excellent option.

This hotel is clean. A bit hard to access as the road to it are narrow but nothing for people who enjoy walking a bit as it is only short of 10min walk to the nearest BTS station. The staff are friendly. The only small downsides are the pipes in the room as they are visible and you are able to hear the water drain from other rooms which can be annoying. Also, the walls are relatively thin.
