My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was not clean, and there were ants and mosquitoes, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Most importantly, I checked out at 12:50 PM, yet I was charged for an extra night without justification. Additionally, the deposit I paid at check-in was not returned, and I was asked to pay more than the original booking price without any clear explanation. 我在这家酒店的住宿体验非常糟糕。房间不干净，有蚂蚁和蚊子，住宿环境非常不舒适。最重要的是，我在中午12:50退房，却被无理收取了额外一晚的费用。 此外，我在办理入住时支付的押金没有退还，而且酒店还要求我支付比原始预订价格更高的费用，没有任何明确的解释。 这种服务是完全不能接受的。我不推荐这家酒店 ประสบการณ์ของฉันกับโรงแรมนี้แย่มาก ห้องพักไม่สะอาด มีมดและยุง ซึ่งทำให้การเข้าพักไม่สบายอย่างมาก ที่สำคัญที่สุด ฉันเช็คเอาท์เวลา 12:50 น. แต่กลับถูกเรียกเก็บเงินเพิ่มอีกหนึ่งคืนโดยไม่มีเหตุผลที่เหมาะสม นอกจากนี้ เงินประกันที่ฉันจ่ายไว้ตอนเช็คอินก็ไม่ได้รับคืน และทางโรงแรมยังเรียกเก็บเงินมากกว่าราคาที่จองไว้โดยไม่มีคำอธิบายที่ชัดเจน บริการแบบนี้ไม่สามารถยอมรับได้ ฉันไม่แนะนำโรงแรมนี้

Ratchada Hotel is a solid choice for travelers looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in Bangkok. While it may not offer the most luxurious amenities, the hotel's friendly staff, clean rooms, and prime location make it a good value for the price

Really clean and gorgeous hotel. It takes 10 minutes from MRT station on foot.

The room is not big. Small window and toilet door can’t lock but there are a curtain. I think it doesn’t match to friends but would be fine for couple. No breakfast included.

Nice Room ,friendly staff,not far from central

We enjoyed our stay here very much highly recommended, the staff is very accommodating and helpful to us . it’s near with everything jod fairs and local food beside us. We will definitely go back .

Abit out of the location but the staff is very helpful and friendly. Walking distance to Jobb fair night market and Big C also near to Thai cultural MRT

Hotel is very central located to many shopping Malls, night markets From the hotel main exit, to yr right there is The street mall, Big C and esplanade mall, jodd fair and one Ratchada night markets To yr left there are many ktv and huai Huang night market You never short of places to visit

Super hard to get taxi/grab here to city area

Hotel is located in a Cozy and Quiet area away from the bustling streets but yet walkable distance to malls and jodd fair night market. The area has good food such as Mookata and Traditional Hot Pot enjoyed by locals around the corner. Beautiful staffs and superior customer services provided. Will be back. If I were to nip-pick, the pillows can be softer. 🫣

Location was okay… about 15 minutes bike ride to city area , closest mrt is 10 mins walked , nearest mall is Ratchada mall which has big c 👍🏻

Excellent service and super caring staffs. Located nearby all the malls and amenities yet off the busier streets to offer some peace.

The staff was so friendly. I don't remember their names, but three women helped me when I checked into the hotel from 8/9 to 13/9. They helped me a lot. I love the environment and the cleanliness. The room was so comfortable. It's the best hotel I have stayed in so far. They even let me borrow their universal plug for a week, and the food is good.

It will be nice if the hotel can provide transport to the MRT station, this will help for many visitor convenience
