I had a pleasant stay at Galleria12 Sukhumvit Bangkok. The hotel is modern, clean, and offers great amenities. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, efficient, and provided excellent service throughout my visit. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with a nice pool, fitness center, and a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was also delicious with a variety of options.

Customer service staff is warm and courteous, the room is clean and overall clean, the transportation is convenient, close to BTS Asok station and MRT Sukhumvit station, there are also many Thai restaurants nearby, it is worth to stay.

Hotel seems near to Asok station but the walk from main road is abit too quiet especially for ladies. It will be good if they were to bring back the feeder service from the train station. Drainage in toilet is shower area is bad. Water drain slower than us showering and water just overflow to the dry area. Tho the room is for two people. Only one shower gel and one conditioning shampoo were given each day. Nonetheless, service at concierge was friendly and responsive.

Excellent location. Good friendly staff. The aircon in my room was noisy and the breakfast a little limited. But very good clean room otherwise. Lots of great restaurants and street food nearby. Enjoyed my stay and will return.

maintenance issues in public areas but mainly room.i.e. my fridge was broken and had to be replaced. poolside unattended with full ash trays not emptied for a full day. uncomfortable matress that they protect with some plastic sheet under the linen, no circulation of moisture, thus sweatty and unpleasant for sleeping. matress super hard. worn out towels. reception staff doing their best though.

Really good services and cleanliness. People from the reception are really kind and helpful. The breakfast could be better, but it was OK anyway. If I came back to Bangkok, I would repeat.

Very well located, not far from Sikhumvit, but in quiet are in Soi 12. Friendly staff and good rooms and amenities.
