Every time I come bkk I will stay this hotel, very good! I love it and the most awesome part is their breakfast is so good!!! So many choices.

Stay for 1 weeks with my bf, we staying at level 3 the corridor is very very smelly. Please improve the smell is very suck. Overall location is good and staff is friendly and helpful.

Buggy service: super convenient Room size: quite big, my husband and I use two large size luggage and can open them inside the room, and still have space to walk Breakfast buffet: much of variety EVERYDAY, yes everyday different dishes. And is tasty Hotel staff and buggy staff: super friendly and helpful Cleanliness: Very Best!

The hotel is comfortable and the free buggy rides are great. Totally enjoyed the breakfast buffet, not forgetting the free photoshoot in Thai costume. Be sure to make an appointment for the photoshoot in advance. The staff were polite and friendly.

This is an amazing hotel that provided excellent services. From the moment we entered the hotel room, the bed was decorated with snacks, drinks and birthday decorations to welcome us. This is a memorable birthday for my boy. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable including the special bunk bed. The bathroom (with bathtub and rain shower), sink and toilets are separated. You will not be bored with the selection of the buffet breakfast because it changes everyday and covers a wide variety. We also enjoyed the free 24 hours buggy service/ Tuk Tuk. The driver communicated well in English and provided good recommendation to us on which locations to drop off. We also got the opportunity to receive a free 15 min Thai massage. Other special services include free Thai Costume and photo taking which are all very amazing. Both hotel staff Mild and Nam were very professional, friendly, kind and patient. We had a chance to experience wearing Thai Costume and kept a memorable family, couple and solo photos. It is truly a memorable and unforgettable stay. I will definitely choose Vince hotel next time when visiting BKK again.

The hotel is well located , the staff are very helpful and always smiling. Breakfast was good and lots of variety. Buggy service provided.

This is my first BKK trip after covid. I got a wonderful stay in Vince hotel The hotel is near the Phyai Thai station , about 10mins walk. The surrounding outside the hotel may not that good, side streets and alleys are bit dirty honestly but this is a typical phenomenon in BKK which we all know. The hotel itself is in good condition, have drinks and popcorn in the lobby. The biggest drawback is a musty smell inside the room, i hope the hotel can solve this problem the soonest. Apart from nice  buffet breakfast that changes dishes every days! Hotel provides additional service including buggy service, massage service and thai constume photo taking service that all ar free of charge.  The buggy staff here are energetic and proactive that impressed me a lot. Also special thanks to "Mild and Print" for the photo taking service. Though it was a free service, I can feel how serious they were during the process. Thanks for given me a memorable experience, that experience do add so much colours to my BKK trip. I sincerely hope that I can visit BKK again soon.

Overall it’s good! Staying with city view. It’s quiet at night, so you might heard people talking outside if they’re too loud. But they have free bottled mineral water served with daily cleaning service available 👍 Best is their buggy service! Save $$ from tuktuk 🥳

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and overall had a positive experience, but there are a few areas that could be better. The location is fantastic—only a 5-minute walk to the massage street and very close to both the BTS and ARL stations, with a shuttle service available for added convenience. There’s also a 7-11 nearby, which is really handy. The room itself was quite spacious, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of food. However, the hotel does have some downsides. The soundproofing in the rooms could be much better. The doors are made of wood and somewhat old, so you have to close them with force, which can cause noise. You can also hear conversations from the hallway, and at night, the sound of doors slamming was disruptive. The room’s ventilation system wasn’t ideal, and there was an unpleasant smell that lingered throughout my stay. Overall, while the hotel offers great value in terms of location and facilities, the soundproofing and ventilation issues were quite noticeable, which is why I’m giving it a 3.5-star rating.

it been awhile since i stay in Vince Hotel but I could see the difference since the first time I stayed here especially on the breakfast, the variety was more now. The room was clean as usual and the location was great with buggy service.

Location was further out from platinum mall but the 24hr buggy service made it super convenient to go to key spots around the area (including the BTS). They also had free popcorn and drinks, and other activities such as Thai costume dress up and free 15 mins massage!

Very convenient location and good service the breakfast is great and the reception staff is excellent.
