good location with 7-11 nearby. the room was clean and morning breakfast was good. daily room cleaning available.

1st of all i book all airport transfers from phuket to Pattaya to Bangkok from trip.xom all confirmation was smooth n cheaper than you grab or hail. Vince hotel was a pleasant stay.. Location was abit walking distance to the main road..As the BTS was in construction expect jam everywhere. Hotel staff was nice..free ice cream free traditional costume shot free 15min massage free buggy ride to BTS toward suv.airport. Breakfast was superior GOODwhick ended 11am

Hotel provided buddy service despite is a distance frim tge main road. Hotel provided free ice cream everyday from 1 to 5pm and free message on Tue and photo taking etc. It value for money.

Well worth the price! Highly recommended. The free rental of Thai costumes and photo-taking by professional staff make this a truly gem of an experience!

Our room was spacious & clean. Breakfast buffet has a decent spread, with a new Thai dish of the day every morning. Hotel is within walking distance from the Siam shopping district and MTR. If you’re taking Grab and going out of BKK city centre, note that this area can be prone to serious traffic congestion due to ongoing roadworks. Only disappointment was the non-existent sound proofing. We requested for a quiet room and was assigned a road-facing one at the lowest floor. We could hear the horns and traffic throughout the night, as well as commotions along the corridor. You may struggle if you’re a light sleeper. Service is average at best, not all the front service staff spoke English so it was not easy conveying our enquiries at times.

It’s Heart melting and touched as the hotel surprised me with the room deco on my birthday. Thank you for the surprise. It’s really warmed my heart. The staff here are all very attentive even the bell boy and the buggy car driver. The breakfast for me is up to 5 star hotel level given the variety is up to international. I can feel that the hotel is doing everything at their best. The hotel provide buggy service to the Platinum mall and pratunam market. Thumbs up and keep it up. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

Very friendly staffs. Free buggy services with 5 drop off points within Pratunam. Large rooms with clean bedsheets and towels. Toilet comes with Bidet spray. Nice swimming pool. Aircon was cold and strong. Breakfast service was excellent with lots of choices.

Honestly I got to complement the services and the friendliness of the staff! they were really great and awesome! Breakfast was also very nice with different menus everyday! However, some preloblems faced in the room was such as water flowing very slowly in the bathroom making it flood everytime i bathe... the heater seems to be going crazy as it only keeps going hotter and hotter despite you turn it down.... so whole trip i just decide to bathe with cold water.... None the less, it was still an enjoyable stay at vince and would stay there again if it's for short trip(: long trip maybe somewhere else...

First time staying here. We booked for the Deluxe Triple room for three of us. Room is very clean and comfortable. All the food and drinks in the room are complimentary and they top up the bottled water for us daily! Love their services in the hotel which also include free 15mins shoulder massage for hotel guest every Tuesday and Friday. Location is near to central world and Siam paragon too. Not to forget their morning buffet selection is a lot!

Nice room with friendly staffs. The 24 hour complimentary buggy ride make it convenient for us to and fro around Pratunam area with 5 mins. Will come back again when we travel to BKK in future.
