House keeping team did a good job and provided clean room everyday . Location wise was great close to Pratunam market . Security 24 hours with excellent service . One thing I need go highlight which is the receptionist . Amenities were great one downside was no kettle in room and you have to go downstairs to get hot water which is inconvenient . Bring your own shampoo because shampoo provided wasn’t good . The guy work on morning shirt during my stay ( a little bit chubby ) , he just show black face everytime when we requested something . This was a turned down for our stay . Please improve. .

location is ok but the way to hotel is very small and jam, sometimes the driver cant found it many massage shop nearby

The room is clean, the space is also big since its only the two of us. (me and my sister). a bit noises since there is night market. The aircond at first night was okay. but for 2nd and 3rd day the water from the aircond started to dripping. hope they can fix that. about 1km from hotel to bts Ratchathewi and 600m for Ratchaprarop.

The location was good but the alleyways were very narrow. It was hard to get a grab in and out of the hotel. Grab bike is the way to go. Hotel staff were a little uninterested maybe coz it's not a big hotel chain with that expected hospitality level. Generally clean, flooring is laminated tiles which showed some water damage. Soundproofing is not great for the room with balcony. could hear people speaking throughout the night.

Value for money, but location wise, nearby pratunam market, quite a distance to walk from central world area.

second time staying here. Love the location as downstairs is seven 11 already & walk to the morning market is pretty nearby. A lot of good food (must try the fried chicken outside d7 eleven @ night, it’s supper good and only 25B) Solo traveller is a great location as there’s a security guard outside the hotel , super nice and friendly. But always be cautious at night as this road is on a quieter side. Overall 10/10 experience here. Do note on the sound as closing and opening door, convo outside the room, road noises can be heard as it’s not sound proof. But other than that, love this hotel and would recommend.

The hotel very clean staff and the security service is 10/10 🥰 will definitely book again for my next trip to Bangkok 🥰

The location is perfect for those who want to go shopping, only five minutes walk to Pratunam Night Market. Breakfast was included but nothing fancy, you get what you pay for. The room is small but clean. My only concern is the bathroom, shower area is very small and it smells ****.
