Hotel location is right in the middle of all shopping malls, massages, markets and street food. Check in is at level 2 of the shopping mall. Room is clean and spacious. Staff is friendly, able to converse in English .

Had a good stay. Near to Platinum and a lot of massage places around. The bed is comfortable n the room is clean. The bath towel is nice and thick. The wifi is fast. The room we stayed in faced the main road but  it’s not too noisy. They have snack counter filled with bananas, oranges, popcorn, cold and hot drinks. They also have washing machine, chargeable.

Overall this hotel location is fantastic near pratunam morning and night market also walkable distance to the skywalk can walk to centralworld. The laundry service cost 80baht per time and drying service cost 120baht, the laundry area alot small cockroaches when I was using.

The Entrance to the Hotel Building Does not Justify the hotel itself. Not only greeted by the friendly counter staff, the lobby, room and toilets are very clean. Felt Homely just like when I was staying in the UK. With added small gestures , like snacks , popcorn, muffins for you to help yourself to. And most importantly, feedback was attended to instantaneously when I mentioned the plug may be short circuit by the adapter. The place is clean daily and you can smell the disinfectant. Will definitely return to the same hotel again if I revisit BKK.. The rooms are bigger for the two single beds.. Low Rise Building. According to our friends who stayed in the next building at a 4 star hotel, our rooms are better. No bathtub or swimming pool in this hotel if you are looking at it. But it is a very very decent Place to stay in and it's centralised.

Hotel location is very good. Can easily find food and mcdonald is very nearby. Very close to shopping centre and we there's a good massage place nearby.. highly recommended.

Location is convenient in the city center surrounded with 7/11 and plenty of restaurants, big C in 15 minutes walk and Phonix just in opposite crossing the sky bridge. The only thing i dislike is that hotel is a bit old but it is worthy the money.

They are totally 5 star in terms of cleanliness, hospitality and location

Good location love it for a short stay

Room were okay as usual. Location is the best as well some of the room is smaller so do take the deluxe room for a bigger space and for table as well. Overall is OK for the price. Will come back ☺️
