Located at Very convenient area. Phaya thai station just beside the hotel. The world asian no.1 coffee factory is in next door. Left side has dental clinic and massage shop. 7-11, gym studio & cafe just along the roadside,super convenient.

2nd time coming back to hotel - as usual location of hotel was fantastic. food choice on certain days were good & unfortunately during one of my meal time i found a foreign object while consuming my food. was given a room on the lower floor closer to the lift. it was pretty noisy when travellers are leaving their rooms or returning. staff were friendly but can still be improved. definitely my 1st time experience were better than the 2nd trip. overall, it is a convinient location for short stays if you have done alot of shopping and need a ARL to travel to & fro from airport.

Been staying at this hotel every year.perfect location and convient with BTS and metro.hotel and room is clean. But i think is time to upgrade or minor renovation for bathroom.water always clog and difficult to goes down.

Choose this Hotel because of my early morning departure flight. Stayed 2 nights at Hotel Tranz. Very good location, opposite the BTS station. Reached the Hotel earlier by 30 mins but no early check-in. Requested a room not facing the BTS station as worried it might be too noisy to sleep at night. And reception staff gave it to me. Although location is good, there are not much shopping or dining options nearby the hotel except the popular coffee chain next door. Overall still a pleasant stay. But I find the hotel bed is not firm enough. And the hotel door is quite thin and not soft closing type. Can hear very loudly when other guest open or close their room door.

Location is good and easy for airport transfer. Room is comfortable and clean, breakfast is good too. Overall I like this hotel and will revisit for future trip !

This my 3rd stay at hotel Tranz .  The location is ideal, the room is clean !!  The doorman even helped to carry the luggage’s to the lift of the trains when I’m leaving !!!  Loud applause for that !  The only downside is the flight of stairs up to the hotel with no slope for the luggage.  The only slope available was blocked by a super large plant .  Otherwise I’m very pleased with the overall service

Best location with easy access to airport and Siam station 2 stops away. Room and toilet was clean. Rice porridge provided at breakfast was really tasty and good. The only downside is the towels which looks very old. Would return to stay again next round.

Always have good experiences while I was staying there.  And again I really enjoyed breakfast, tasty and quality.  Hotel is clean and staff are friendly.  See you next time.

The hotel is located near the Phaya Thai train station, making it easy to travel to and from the airport and explore various spots around Bangkok. The staff were super friendly and always ready to assist with any queries I had. The hotel’s menu was diverse, offering a range of options from authentic Thai dishes to Western comfort food, which was great for all tastes.

Very convient location.. Directly below airport link, cheapest way to airport if you are travelling as a couple or alone.

The hotel is located right in front of the Phaya Thai Station. It might be a problem for those with sensitive sleep, as you can hear the main road noise: motorbikes and cars. The room is nice, water pressure is good. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and the staff is helpful. When I asked for a container for food to bring breakfast to the room, they provided it. We had a pleasant stay for 2 nights. The hotel booking is non-refundable. I suggest to book directly with the hotel, instead of using trip.com (as they won’t help you to get refund in case of cancellation, if your plans changed or something came up), but with the hotel negotiation is possible.

Location was great however the cleanliness of the toilet could be better. I could also hear opposite sounds in the middle of the night.
