Metro point hotel is a testament to prove the fact that it is not so much the quality of a hotel that makes a good stay, but rather the service. The rooms are spacious, simple and have a good view. There is room for improvement in the bathrooms and AC units, but everything else is good. However, the service is outstanding. Staff are welcoming, helpful, accommodating and overall pleasant to deal with every single day. Many props to Metropoint Hotel. Ive stayed here many nights.รา

When I check-in in my room there were no white towels for a face. Only a beige one laying above the toilet cover. The stuff simply forgot to put the white towels. I had to wait until 1pm to check-in. You may have to wait even longer as an official check-in hour is 2pm. There was no welcoming present provided to me though there was one mentioned in the description of the reservation. The street where the hotel is located is too narrow. It's too dangerous to walk there on foot as no pavement in most parts of it. There wasn't any cleaning done in between 2 days of my stay, even no new water bottle. The hotel looks rather old. The view from 7th floor was nice though.

It is all right. It is not that bad, with the price that you need to pay.

When I told the receptionist that there’s bad cigarette smell inside the hotel, he just abruptly dismissed me and said “close the door”

A great hotel with a great view and nice staff, a little far away from the center. It takes around 30 minutes to get from the hotel to siam paragon by scooter, so you should account for around 200 baht every time you want to go to the city, so if you’re planning to spend your time in the center, maybe choose one that’s closer. If you wanna be near the airports and not be right in the noisy and bustling center but rather reside little outside of the hustle, this hotel is for you👍🏼

It’s not bad, the reception people are helpful, but the housekeeping team are not good enough, they don’t change bedsheets as long as you’re still okay with it :)

sa room Malaki sya para sa isang tao, 30mins sa city center, kung may budget ka sa transpo. pwede narin. medyo Hindi nga lang ganon kalinis ung room Lalo na sa bandang shower room, pero kung tutulugan mo lang naman ay okay nadin😁 Lalo na kung budget traveler ka., Ang mahalaga may matutulugan na compostable ka..☺️

Very good service... reminder buy the breakfast as very local thai breakfast! Walk about 5 minutes to the train station.

Hotel is too good and near to Airport, easy to Travel.

While checking in, The male front desk staff forgot to verify my name on passport, ignore my reservation and ask me to pay again. In addition to that, he tried to mislead me and set me to the wrong room.
