Good location. 10mins walk from BTS Phrom Phong. Hotel staffs have very good customer service. Emsphere just opposite from hotel, i love it. Have free simple breakfast. The room is very small, suitable for one person. The curtain in shower room is dirty, suggest change it to dark matte glass. The room floor is dusty when i first day go in the room. Overall is good

Suppose to be a family trip but end up have to work in the hotel. Luckily the bed not too soft so I can sit on the bed and work. But hardly to work at night cause the light is not bright enough. Service was great especially the lady at the coffee station. Location is great. The cleanliness is not acceptable for me. Can see dust and moldy. I have to clean it by myself.

A great location, very clean, amenities as advertised and very nice English speaking staff. There was even a free breakfast available! It's just some basic pastries, eggs and sausages but totally sufficient esp since it's for free. One couldn't hear the noise from the street but you could hear the neighbors or people walking in the corridor. Still had a great stay and highly recommend!

The shower of the water pressure is low and The room is a bit small , the location is very good close to the bts and all the shopping malls

In the heart of Bangkok, at very low cost, super friendly staff and every day room cleaning but let me tell you something special about this hotel it has gotten best traveller Review awards if i come again to Bangkok i will stay here again

This is my second to stay at this hotel. I think the cleanliness has been improved. The staff are nice as always. This will still be my choice in the future for a solo travel.

Everything good. Simple design simple breakfast. Near all shopping mall and have 7-11 nearby. I Will defiantly stay again. Easy access to BTS and MRT by walk 8-10 minutes.

as per design, it a little bit dark in room, not enough light and some can turn on some not. Perfect location for Emsphere just across the road, but for BTS its about to walk and take a while.

The room was great for solo traveller. Love the automatic blinds that could be adjusted using the controller, I could fully close it and avoid the sunlight in the morning.

Great Location that is a short walkabout distance from BTS Station and Malls and some Cafe Restaurants nearby. Friendly service staff and cleaning services.

All the staffs are friendly and helpful. Like the breakfast staffs the most! Although just simple breakfast but grateful to have that. Sausage is good 🌝. Pros : 1. Just beside 711 2. Opposite is Emphere mall and connect to Bts 3. Complimentary simple breakfast 4. Friendly staff Cons 1. All nuru massage around… if you need then this place is good … else don’t 😛 If you are solo traveller and just need a place to rest is good The room is small but have enough basic amenities. If more than one person, I feel the room is not enough but if you don’t mind then it’s fine Overall good

This was my second stay at S Box Hotel, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and service-oriented, making the process smooth and hassle-free. The room was perfect for a solo traveler like me—comfortable and well-equipped. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with everything you might need, including toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, and towels. There was even a hair dryer provided. The hotel also offers complimentary bottled water, and the location is fantastic. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and a 7-Eleven is just steps away. Plus, Emsphere, a major shopping mall, is right outside the hotel. For public transportation, the BTS Phrom Phong station is conveniently close. After checking out, I was able to leave my baggage at the hotel until the evening, which was really helpful.
