Unfortunately, our experience did not align with the listing's description. The property was not as clean as expected, and we encountered issues with cleanliness, including cockroaches. The bedding was also not clean. Additionally, the thin walls made for a noisy environment, and we could easily hear conversations from adjacent rooms. The staff was unhelpful. Due to these issues, we were unable to complete our planned three-night stay and checked out after only one night. To make matters worse they will ask you to pay deposit in cash which was a big red flag to me.

Walking distance from the boat terminal. Near Rajamangala. You can ride a boat if you want to go to the stadium & to other tourist places as well. It is okay for the affordable price.

Very old and rundown - staff isn't friendly

We enjoyed our stay in Thailand when we stayed at this hotel. Very nice place. Room was cleaned everyday and good location.

The area is not convenient, the AC is not always cold, the bathroom is nasty (needs renovation), the breakfast is not nice.. and most especially the service, the staff is not friendly, not helpful (they will just look at you while carrying a lot of stuff), not approachable.. and lastly i wasn’t accommodated immediately

The bed was massive. As a larger fellow, it's a big plus when the bed can accommodate frequent roll overs throughout the night. The location was also terrific for those with planned activities in the heart of Bangkok. There were no issues finding cheap food in the area either.

The hotel provides good service, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Was a so so transit hotel. A little far from downtown. Restaurant closes at 6pm. The nearby food hall cheated us. The menu was for foreigners so price was so high we noticed after we finished eating. Don’t eat in there, just go to some proper restaurants. Also this hotel far from airport but is cheap so it is okay.

The location is quite far. But overall, this hotel is a good place to stay.

The room is not really clean but the service is good enough. The facilities are all good for travellers. Worth a try and the price is reasonable.

Location is near to water taxi just 3 mins walk to the pier which is very cheap for travel to attractions. Good halal menu. Room is spacious and clean. Perfect a/c. Hotel itself was good with staffs. However some guests are quite noisy and not considerate of other guests. I guess hotel should put up notices for silence or noise control notes. Overall 4 stars. And yes chocolate ville is s must. The gorgeous lady at the cafe was very very helpful with very good communication skills. I was very happy with this establishment.

Floor need to be upgrade. Ac smell and remote tv doesn’t work. Balcony door can’t open. No chance to walk to the balcony.
