Wonderful hotel, amazing staff, and the swimming pool is very beautiful.

Strongly recommened this hotel as it super cozy and modern room. The staffs from concierge, reception, breakfast room and housekeeping are super friendly and helpful. They remember us as we are being offered a free breakfast daily due to the aircon leaking on the very first night . We totally couldn't sleep well and the hotel staff's offer to change to another room but just we were tired so refused to change and just changed the room next day. We total stayed there rod 7nights. Thank for all the staffs for their hospitality services to us during our stay. We have a pleasant stay here.

Awesome stay. Staff managed to put my entire family on the same level.

The location is great! Every staff member is friendly in the hotel. Roof bar and swimming pool is great. The only downside is that I saw a roaches in the sink one day.

Location is great but the buildings are a bit old and room seems not so spacious. Swimming pool is small and there's no guard or stop on duty. I saw someone swimming without having proper swimming suit. Appreciated a little cake as my birthday treat. breakfast is just OK

The location of the hotel is great, near to the bts and mrt interchange. The staff is friendly and courteous. The room is spacious and clean.

From check in to check out, staff were consistently professional and nice. Rooms are big, clean, and up to date. Be nice to have a few more channels on tv though. Definitely will stay again

Hotel location is great, but overall facility is old, and room smelled very moist and uncomfortable.

Four points never disappoints. The location is great, less than 5 minutes walk to Terminal 21/Asok BTS. Room is very clean, and we like that the room is already cool when we went in. The staff there are very polite and ready to greet us with a smile. It came with a bath tub which we love, so we specially bought bath bombs for that. I love their activ series of toiletries - hand soap, shower gel and shampoo. It smells so great! The bed is so comfortable that you may risk oversleeping 😂 We have great night’s rest during our stay. It was my sister’s birthday, but I forgot to inform the hotel until around 4pm via trip.com before we went out. To our pleasant surprise, when we returned, there’s a lovely handwritten birthday card by the hotel (great handwriting by the way) & a very nice cheese cake. The pool at level 8 looks well maintained even though we didn’t use it. There’s happy hour at the bar from 5-7pm daily if you want to get a drink. Taxi to the airport is available at a flat fee of 500 baht which I took as it’s more convenient. Highly recommended stay.

Recommended but needs to be booked at the right price or other local alternatives are around. Great staff and good location. Rooms very comfortable and right size for me.

Location so good and some stuff very nice but some stuff not really

Four Points is an excellent hotel in a very convenient location, a few steps from the MTR and BTS stations. All the hotel staff are professional and friendly, ready to help with your request.
