Room was cleaned daily and all the consumables were topped up (toilet roll, shampoo, shower gel, coffee, sugar, tissues etc.).
Room had a bed, lights, fridge, desk, TV, telephone, private bathroom with shower and balcony.
Housekeeping staff dn reception were always very polite and helpful, great service especially when I enquired about printing boarding passes, just email the hotel and collect your documents from reception.
Some of the hotel staff were very rude and dismissive, I'd ask a question or request something particular from them and they'd either refuse or just ignore me and walk away.
Hotel manager was much the same, they seemed to have issues with residents bringing in their own food and using the hotel's microwave. But they'd always pass us the messages via their staff instead of speaking to us directly.
The whole hotel has up to 100 rooms and only serves a small choice of breakfast, no other meals, it has a single microwave but they get funny if you try to use it.
There's no events or functions or anything of the sort, they definitely have the room and facilities for this but I guess management doesn't want to invest. The pool is nice and cleaned regularly but gets very crowded in the busier periods and is too small to accommodate many of the guests.
