Room is not new but clean and extremely spacious unfortunately space underutilized. Connected with Palladium Mall and short walk to Central World.

- Location is great if you want to shop all day. Near pratunam mall, walkable to central world and big c (10+ mins) - Got assigned to North tower, which required afew more mins walk from building to building. - Super spacious room. - Room come with USB charges. Don’t need to bring convertible plug. - Hot water abit difficult to adjust - Toilet come with bathtub

Very good location breakfast and the room is clean is very convenient surroundings is shopping area and restaurant overall is great 👍

The staff was so kind to give us a corner room! As usual, service and breakfast buffet is great!

Great location - literally 2 mins walk from the busiest part of bangkok. The room is rustic but is still clean and have everything you need.

Room very comfortable, the only thing is toilet shower low water pressure and the lighting at toilet is abit dark

Check in only at 3pm. Reached hotel early to offload the luggage and pre-register. Managed to get a connecting room which is convi for friends. Location is not too far from centralworld/plat mall/ big c etc, all within walking distance.

I ordered pizza Margarita at the pool restaurant and fruit punch I don’t know what exactly influenced but I puke all night and also stayed in a toilet. Feels like food poisoning or maybe something was not fresh in pizza, or water for punch was a tap water. I couldn’t go for my meeting and I had to extend my stay in hotel to recover. Also some Arabic or Pakistan guys was filming me without my permission at the pool. It was extremely unacceptable and I felt no comfortable- so I left Also pillows can not be called clean . Front desk told me it’s not actually their problem. So at least you can get the reviews

I stay at main tower. Is nearer to lobby but a bit old room but it is still ok My friend stay at north tower , a bit further away from lobby. You need to change lift at 11 floor. Breakfast very very delicious and lot of varieties. Room was huge , the only downside is very difficult to adjust the shower temperature.

Location of hotel was good as there were many shopping centres around it. There were good spread of breakfast items.

Great location and we had an overall great experience staying at the hotel. The hotel is old but the rooms are maintained well

Good stay at Berkeley, where all the shopping malls are all walking distance .. will come back and stay here again .. plus good view staying at main tower

We loved the location of this hotel, it is super convenient to many places. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. We definitely will go back again when we visit bkk in the near future 😊. Thank you!
