Really great service. Rooms were big and clean. Within walking distance to Central World and subway. Only con is that the road outside the hotel is congested. If you are taking a taxi, it takes a long time to get back to the hotel especially during peak hours

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room is tidy and clean. However the shower place is quite small. Their mini bar is free of charge.

the door hinges that is supposed to be a safe lock on the door is broken. The room was not very clean over all. One of the shower heads waters are yellow when I turn on the water. In the morning, the wooden “blinds” were very bright and it was also very loud. Their windows clearly was not able to cover any noise from the outside. I can hear all the cars noise in the morning. We booked for 3 nights but stay only 1 nights due to all of the disappointment that was experienced. Will not recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel but because of Uninsulate window can hear noise from roads. Very uncommon for this categories hotels After checking breakfast room and foods I decided to take my breakfast elsewhere.

Great and Clean room but water faucet is getting old and automatic toilet is no longer working and room is dark not to up 5 stars standard

I love the 3 bed room suite as the layout is fantastic for gatherings of friends and family. Also love that the mini bar is inclusive :) Staff are all friendly and good service
