1st time staying at this hotel. Breakfast included. Room is very clean. The room comes with 1 bunk bed and 1 queen bed. I believe there is an error in the description of the room in the listing. It states 2 queen bed and 1 bunk bed. Hotel allows us to check out early and leave our luggage at their store till we are ready to go to the airport in late afternoon. Very good customer service. Staffs are very friendly. Hotel is near National stadium bts. Very convenient to get around. MBK Center is less than 10 min walk away. Will stay here again for my next trip.

Front desk service 10/10. Room, no complain. Breakfast food was good but breakfast hall acoustics can be improved. All is good.

I'm very satisfied, I'll book it again. It's close to all the major shopping centres and the transportation lines. The staff are helpful and the room is clean.

Amazing hotel and a very friendly staff. Holiday inn express is located at a great place to shop. MBK mall and Siam centre are just a 10 minute walk away. The green line and blue line BTS are also 5minutes walk. Rooms are clean and the ones with the stadium view are great. Great staff and very accommodating, allowed me to check out late. Will stay again and would recommend for budget travellers.

great as usual. location is great and convenient nearby the four head statue for worship. as it is a world wide brand hotel, actually theres not much commenting about the management, everything is standard. just the food area for breakfast could be a bit better. the bath foam in the past is much better. now this brand has downgraded the hotel obviously. this hotel also gave a welcoming cake for my husband birthday which is great too.

The stay is comfortable. Although not the best location, but it is near to National stadium BTS station and MBK. Can also walk to major shopping centres like Siam paragon. There is also a McDonald just below the hotel hence can grab a quick bite anytime. The breakfast is considered average with not many variety. Can be improved.

A 2nd time stay in this hotel. Beautiful and cosy. Easy to check in and check out. Laundry service located at 7th floor. Likewise, for morning breakfast. Breakfast is normal, not much variety, though. Especially on pastries wise. Easily accessible to Macdonald, which is just next door and opens till 2am and there is a small mobile cafe - CPS in front of the hotel plus an ATM machine located nearby too. Satisfied with the hotel, worth the penny! Will come back for sure!

Free breakfast on the dates i booked. Means alot of people at the breakfast buffet. Location is amazing. Rooms / corridor is very dimly lit. Got a birthday cake during my stay. Decent for a comfortable nights rest.
