We stayed in a twin room for six nights, and I wouldn’t recommend it based on our experience. Although we knew the window couldn't be opened when we booked, we didn’t expect it to be fully covered with wallpaper. It felt like we weren’t on vacation because we couldn’t see outside at all—we didn’t even know if it was day, night, sunny, or raining. We asked the receptionist for an upgrade to a king bedroom which has the window view, offering to pay more, but she was unhelpful and didn’t prioritize us as existing guests who had already paid in full. She claimed the room type we requested was occupied and asked us to check back the next day, instead of offering to contact us if a room became available. It didn’t make sense that she didn’t know whether the room would be available or not—did she not have the check-in and check-out list for the next day? Or was she waiting for a walk-in guest? As soon as we checked online, the king bedroom she said to which was fully booked was available for instant confirmation, proving that the staff lied to us and didn’t respect our concerns. She kept insisting that the only available upgrade was a balcony room, which would cost 500 baht more per night. I won’t come here again and recommend this hotel to my friends. Goodbye.
