Nice, 4 star hotel ron west side of Chao Praya river. Beautiful views from the ample riverside terrace, decent restaurant and bar and friedly and helpful staff. They also adored our two kitties, who travel with us. Would recommend and will return.

During my stay I asked the hotel staff about the room change on the river side but she didn't offer any other choices for me just only rejection. If she offered nicely may be I would love to pay more for an upgrade. I think the service mind of staff here is poor. And the breakfast was just a few thing to eat. So I didn't take any pictures because I felt dissatisfied. But the cleanliness and location are good!

Amenities is NONE AND NOTHING. Two star hotel is just good to buy for sleep. The breakfast is average. Smoking around the swimming pool area is absolutely not acceptable.

Have stayed here before and find it's good value, although the price keeps going up... Good location on the river... only gripe....no gym...

I really liked the location of the hotel, in a quiet street just off the main road. There is a community mall, coffee shop and various food outlets nearby. We tried the breakfast and I was actually impressed with the selection at such a cheap price of 282b pp. We had evening drinks too and enjoyed the surroundings. The bed was comfortable, the hotel was busy though (which I think is most of the time because of the cheap price). What disappointed me was the fact that the cups were dirty in the room and I had to clean them. We stayed with our dog, which was no extra deposit or cost which was good.

Second time staying in this hotel. Room hygiene not good. Old towels. Last day of our stay, a black out last for a few hours with no A/C, lift not working.

This is the second time to stay at the hotel and the first time was very impressive. I booked three rooms with my friends and pre-authorized a deposit of 3000 baht with my credit card. The deposit hasn't been returned yet! In the first few days, I have called the front desk of the hotel and asked, saying that it takes 7 days to automatically return the credit card, and now it has been 20 days, and the deposit has not been returned! It's really disappointing. 这是第二次入住酒店，第一次入住时印象很不错。和朋友一起一共订了三个房间，用信用卡交了3000铢押金预授权。到现在押金还没退回！头几天已经打过酒店前台电话询问，说需要7天时间自动退回信用卡，现在已经20天，还没退回押金！真的令人失望。
