Staying at Shine Thonglor was such a great experience. The apartment was stylish, well-maintained, and had a cozy vibe that made me feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better—everything I needed was just a short walk away.
The staff were the real highlight. They were so approachable and always ready to help with anything I needed, no matter how small. It’s rare to find this level of care and attention.
If you’re looking for a place in Bangkok, this is it. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

The apartment was spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The manager was very nice. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. They also gave us late checkout and welcome drink. The location is great, with many commons, JAvenue and Marche very nearby. Definitely recommend! I will come back during chinese new years!

I had a wonderful stay at Shine@Thonglor. The apartment was clean and modern, the staff were super friendly, and the location in Thonglor was unbeatable. Highly recommend for a stylish and comfortable visit to Bangkok!

Seeing it a new hotel, we decided to give it a try again. The place is modern and new. The beds are comfy, and the hot and warm water work perfectly. They provide all the essentials: toothbrush, shampoo, soap, cotton buds, shower cap, and a comb. The pool is huge, overlooking city view, the pool water is abit warm but was relaxing. Service is good and polite.

There is no cleaning schedule at all if you ask for room cleaning they demand 500 baht
The location is not good you can’t find hotel via google map

1.予約した部屋では無い狭い部屋でした。
2.ティッシュペーパーなし、電話機無し、トイレも汚く
違う部屋に交換。
3.変更したトイレからはトイレ便器から水漏れし臭い毎日。結局トイレ全て交換。
4.清掃は毎日で無く２日に一回との事。契約には何も書いて無く苦情する。
4.プールは大変汚くて鳥の糞が大量にあり清潔感なし。
水質検査も到底してなく水も汚い。我慢して二回水泳したが翌日から喉が痛く２日間薬飲んで寝ていた。
兎に角大変な毎日でした。二度と宿泊したくないホテルです。トイレ便器からの水漏れ対策にタオル写真あり

店家非常的噁心，明明自己酒店在裝修還要出售房間。房間都是油漆味，空調聲音大到沒法入睡。要求退款還不同意，拒絕好幾次。攜程用了那麼久，從來沒遇見過這麼垃圾的酒店。
