Hyatt Place Bangkok Sukhumvit 24

On arrival the security guard helped us with luggage and pressed the elevator button for us. The room was large with panoramic windows. The road outside is a little noisy but to expected for Bangkok. The check in staff were helpful and friendly, however, they do insist on a credit card for a deposit with debit cards and Alipay not acceptable. The breakfast was excellent. The best during our stay in Thailand with delicious noodles on offer and a wide range of continental options. The room was very clean and was cleaned to a high standard each day. We loved the swimming facilities, we used it every morning during our trip. The pool was clean, however they did run out of towels during the first day so we had to take smaller towels from the gym instead. The location is on a street with many international hotels so feels safe and is just a short walk to the nearest BTS station. Only thing that would improve our stay would be disposable slippers available in the room to guests.

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast spread is rather limited, but the food was good.

Great hotel. Conveniently located near malls and bts. Staff were helpful and friendly.
