I was there Saturday with my girlfriend there after al long day. The check in proces was a disaster I handed the guy on the counter my passport and het start copying it about 6 times I had to sign a dozen documents from what I dont know about. I felt like a criminal checked in for jail .it was all to complicated and burocratic while other hotels you are ready within 5 minutes he keep me asking signing documents .understand me well I have nothing to hide but this was over done to much for not any reason how many pictures you can take from a man's passport ?? Als all kind of warnings hanging every were in this hotel. Spend you money on better directions in the premises instead of security. Staff not friendly and pushing with a qr to give this hotel good rates. Hotel unfriendly staff and bad service room clean but outdated .I won't go back there.

The hotel is quite good for the price and the room is comfy and there’s many restaurants and public transport nearby

Such lovely staff and the rooms and building are so clean and quiet - very good value for money.

Nice big clean room with a comfy bed. Helpful staff. Note allow 10 minutes or more to check out.

In the heart of Bangkapi, close to the mall

The hotel was clean and location is great the restaurants near by are good just need to have better amenities

Always pay cash here or no electricity and water for two hours this spoiled my day out there

ห้องกว้างขวางดี มีตู้เสื้อผ้าใหญ่ โต๊ะวางของเยอะ แต่ของสำหรับอาบน้ำ ควรพาไปเอง เนื่องจาก รร มีให้แค่น้ำดื่ม ทิชชู่ และสบู่ก้อนซองค่ะ

很大很舒服很乾凈！而且服務特別好！一下出租車就有人來接（當時已經凌晨三點了）當時沒找到房間在哪還帶我們去🥹離場館也挺近的樓下還有711🥹就是沒有吹風機需要自己帶其他都很不錯🥹古德古德
