The room was spacious, which was a plus, but it felt quite outdated. The furnishings and decor seemed old, and the overall maintenance could be better. The amenities were lacking—there was no hairdryer provided, which was inconvenient. As for the location, it’s not the best. While it’s not in a bad area, it’s not particularly convenient either. It took me about 20 minutes to walk to the nearest subway station, which was a bit of a hassle, especially when carrying luggage. Overall, the stay was average. If you’re looking for a budget option and don’t mind the walk and basic facilities, it might work for you. But if convenience and modern comforts are important, you might want to consider other options.

I saw a lot of criticism of this hotel for being dirty, dated, and poorly maintained which I just don't understand. Sure, maybe the last time it was refurbished was twenty-some years ago, I don't know, but I felt the fundamental quality of the fittings, the decor, and the amenities was basically the same as a new build hotel you'd pay four times as much for. My room was clean, taken care of every day, and the house keeping staff were really lovely and kind. Ok, maybe the grout and the skirting boards could do with a scrub, but it was basically fine, and I found the "American Psycho at the dentist" aesthetic of the room to be kind of charming. I liked the furniture! The chair was a nice touch, a great place to read and take coffee in the morning. The desk was actually functional. The bed was absolutely huge, and very comfortable. Of course, Sribumpen is one of the best streets to stay on if you want to be located in the Sathorn area, there are loads of good dispensaries and restaurants nearby, and the hotels policies made it a convenient place to enjoy both. I will say though, I booked this hotel in part because of the rooftop gym shown in many of the pictures. The rooftop is indeed beautiful, with a great pool and great views, but the gym building is completely gone. I don't know what happened to it, but if your morning workout is essential, be warned.

Had some problems during check-in (room problems), but our stay was nice and comfortable. With the price, i think it's worth it.

By far the best value accommodation in Bangkok. Comfortable beds, rooftop pool, 7/11 and restaurants at your doorstep. Friendly service from the front desk. Happy customer thank you krups🙏

No hot water. Told réception when going out but nothing happened when i came back. Spacy room but should be cleaned better. Room maid didn't remove old bottle caps and hairs but threw away wifi passwords. Confused..

One of the most affordable hotel near Satorn Soi 1 area, just 3 minutes walk from 7-11 and 20 baht bike take to the Lumpini MRT, location is real great, but the hotel itself is quite old and run down, the cleanliness wasn’t the best, the bathtub need some tlc, but overall one of the greatest hotels for business stay!

Everything was perfect, clean hotel, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff at reception and close to restaurants, shops and subway public transport and there is nice swimming-pool at the roof.

One good thing is that the room was quite large but very old. And don’t have anything that hotels room should have. Not even hair dryer. No safety box and for toiletries there was a bottle of shampoo and soap. Nothing else. But they have weight scale I don’t know by what sense you will need this more than everyday stuff.  I have stayed in another hotel in the same area with same price range a few streets away but much higher standard. Just wanted to try different place but regretted it instantly. There was only one staff at the reception that looked busy all the time. I guess it was busy if they have to handle that many rooms all alone. Definitely not going back.

My favourite place to stay in Bangkok staff are really nice and in a good location, roof top pool is nice to use and it’s quiet

The hotel has seen better days. Cleanliness was an issue.
