The hotel is so old and dated. The rooms were dusty with cobwebs. Some of the lights don’t even work. The bathrooms weren’t well-cleaned. There was grime everywhere, even crusty poop pieces on the bidets. I booked two rooms, one of the room has badly stained sheets, the other smelled of cigarette smoke and they even had the audacity to warn me that’s the rooms are no smoking rooms and I’d be fined if I smoke. Complained about it, the sheet got changed but the horrible cigarette smell did not go away and they did not change room for me. I had to endure the cigarette smoke for 2 nights. The good reviews you see online are because they offer gifts to people who give them good reviews.

Not suitable for families with small children, the hotel room does not have a kettle, so you just can only go down to the lobby to fill the hot water. The toilet shower was not good, the room was dark and a few cockroaches were seen

Friendly staff Close to Station Half of the lights weren’t working Mattress quality was the worst  Scam with water (put a wrong photo of water bottles that are free and charged us afterwards)

The hotel was nice and clean, located near Pratunam night market.

There were a few condoms under the bed, and it wasn't clean. Also, the basin in the bathroom was broken in both of the rooms I booked. The front desk staff spoke good English. However, the room was a little dark, not clean, full of bacteria, and the blanket looked very dirty.

It was nice place but I couldn’t sleep because of noisy voice near my room.

The hotel room 307 is too small not suppose to provided for customer, and too noisy at night time.

Very comfy and big beds!!! Accommodating staff who speak good english 👌🏼

The hotel is worth to stay. It is near BTS and the market.

The room is big but not perfectly clean.

I felt cheated by this hotel as it didn’t meet the description of newly renovated and has no basic amenities.

Location perfect it's near to pratunam Market Hotel staff are friendly and English speaking Cleanliness great Hotel rooms are clean Overall rating 10 /10

The breakfast is bad and only available after 8.30am.
