Hotel was very clean and looked like how I expect it from the photos. There are multiple 7-11 around and it is about 10mins walk to Saint Louis BTS station

Great hotel with friendly staff. The room is very clean and spacious. There is everything for a comfortable stay. There is a 24-hour grocery store 30 meters away. A wonderful common area on the roof with a jacuzzi, a gym and a rock garden. A real island of zen life in a huge metropolis. For a great vacation - here!

It was great to stay in zensation residence. It was in good neighbourhood area. Very clean. Good cleaning services. Not far from the centre location if you have a rented bike or travel on grab. 5 mins walking distance a seven11. Not night bustling sounds. Peaceful sleep. Recommend for couples and families with young children

5-10 mins walk to Saint Louis BTS station. Suitable for long stay as they provide washing machine, fridge and microwave. Overall, it was good.

I had a pleasure of staying at Zensation The Residence during my visit to Bangkok, and I must commend the exceptional service provided by Butter. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and a kind demeanor that immediately made us feel welcome. Butter went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was always friendly and attentive, taking the time to address our concerns and solve any problems we encountered during our stay. Her helpful nature and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out and made a positive impact on our experience. We are grateful for her assistance and would highly recommend Zensation The Residence to anyone visiting Bangkok, especially because of the fantastic staff like Butter. Hotel is not too far from BTS station and has the basics for any solo traveller. I definitely recommend!

The room is very large, clean and clearly. The staff is so nice. The hotel nearby cafe. But they have a noise cause closely road. You may be heard the traffic on the road.

Quiet location, large rooms, but the living area ac unit only blowed room temperature air and getting taxis was quite difficult.
