Location; walking distance to BTS and central pier. Breakfast is simple, but it doesn't matter. Staff are helpful.

Had to move to the new hotel because the first one was worst! This was 5/5 for cleanliness and service. A decent hotel for a quick stop in the city. Breakfast is packed, so many options daily. Staff are attentive and helpful. Will recommend with family and friends.

They had a great staff and a good location. Easy to get to most places of interest. Breakfast was very good and adequate. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.

Brand new hotel just a 5-minute walk from the ferry terminal and BTS station Saphan Taksin. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel offered a great variety of amenities, and the pool and gym were fantastic. The rooms were very spacious, making for a comfortable stay.

The room was a little small, but was nice, and the bed was comfortable. We liked having a choice of soft or firm pillows. There are plenty of parking spaces if you're driving, though you have to use an elevator to move your car into the parking garage in the basement, which was a bit strange. It was nice to have an Amazon cafe in the hotel where we could get drinks. Breakfast was OK, but it would be better if they could have a bit more variety of food.

Everything was good at this Holiday Inn. We were well received by the front desk staff on 17th evening, which left us with a very good impression of this Holiday Inn. We will definitely come back! :)

Everything looks neat and tidy ; well groomed hotel , strategic location and very close to BTS & Pier.. I am impressed with the receptionist that on duty at night , always smile and polite to every guest, definitely will book again

It’s a brand new open hotel in Bangkok of IHG group!
Free breakfast although it has limited items but never mind.
Good hotel staff service and nice bed
WiFi is fast to use
They use Dove as shampoo and body wash
One thing needs to be improved - mini fridge is somehow not working well, do not put fresh stuff in it

Very good environment of the hotel it’s accessible to the BTS nearby. The noise because of the highway is making me crazy though.

Counter staff was a delight at check-in and checkout. The radiant smiles daily pleasantly start and end each day. Wonderful experience.
Breakfast was a charm, each day brings tasteful changes to delight the palate.
Cleaning staff was wonderful with each day's work. Fresh towels and amenities were welcomed. Well done.
