sawadekaa hi bangkok city hotel i love here so recommended check in process and check out process is so smooth i love this hotel because bedroom and bathroom all clean. and also for the free flow coffee and drinking water easy and convenient to go other places near to halal food street and restaurant hotel very affordable price my room also has bathtub and this hotel has pool for my kids. . elevator also fast no need to wait for longer time has 7e and atm which is i prefer bangkok bank which is low conversion their have street food like thai pancake only for 50thb and massage places are variety to choose and also near to dobi i love this hotel really really recommended

Stayed in this hotel, budget friendly hotel. it was brilliant and comfortable stay. The guests were also very nice. Majority of them were from Japan , China , Malaysia and Singapore. Bus stop is just front of the hotel entrance, Ratchathewi BTS station is just 4-5 mins walk. Pratunam market, Indra market ,Platinum Mall, is also 10 minutes walking They really have nice breakfast. Though you also have options of local restaurants, cafés and street food in the alleys nearby. Free parking & luggage storage facilities available in case you arrive early before the check in time , you can drop your luggage and stroll around till your check in time. The reception staff were very polite and friendly. Room cleaning were done time to time. Only thing is rooms need to be upgraded to sound proof, one of the Japanese couples living to my next room I used to hear their noises screaming at night lol😂😂. I’d stay in this hotel again next time when I visit Bangkok.

I had a pleasant stay at Bangkok City Hotel. The cleanliness was good, and the room was quite spacious, which is perfect for solo travelers. The amenities provided include shampoo, body wash, coffee, and mineral water, but note that toothpaste and a toothbrush are not included—so bring your own. The hotel’s location is convenient, as it’s close to the Airport Link railway, making it easy to travel around. For Muslim travelers, finding halal food is hassle-free, as the hotel is near a masjid with plenty of halal options in the area. The hotel allowed me to check in early (I arrived at 11:30 AM), but it required an additional charge of 300 THB, which I didn’t mind as it added to my convenience. They also require a 100 THB deposit, which is returned during check-out. Overall, this hotel is a good option for those looking for affordable and comfortable accommodation in a central location.

This was my third time in this hotel. We always stay in this hotel because of the location and the service as well. It's a 5-min walking distance from the hotel to the train station. Very convenient. The view from my room was amazing.

Bangkok City Hotel is always my choice everytime I travel to Thai. The location is convenient, there are many times local food restaurant around such as Jedaeng…

Stayed there from 19th to 21st November 2024. Pros - Away from noisy areas, Comfortable bed, they can call cheaper taxi for you(to Airport, Pattaya etc), 7/11 nearby, massage place nearby, some small restaurants nearby on the left side of the road, nice Doner wraps right around the corner on the left side, Nana plaza, soi 4, soi cowboy all like 10-20 minutes away via car or TUK TUK Cons - Not very welcoming front desk, no electric sockets near the bed, they do not provide brush and toothpaste, they don't let you take pictures of the breakfast for some reason. Whole experience - 6/10

Room: I got room at Level 15. Just nice for 2 person. Not too big or too small. No sound from the main road can be heard at this level unless when people talking in hallway. Consider quite. Location: Walking distance to BTS Ratchathewi. Need to use crossing-bridge to cross the road. Across the road will have halal restaurant. Others: - This hotel have weighting machine for luggage. Need to pay 10 bhat (use coins). - Prepare 200bhat for room deposit. This will be return upon check-out.

Good location but the room is a bit old and old smell. Reasonable price. A lot of Muslim guests. Halal friendly (no pork) for breakfast

Near to public transport and the city, easy to go anywhere using public transport, staff all good and very helpful

Service tip-top, they help you move baggage to your room, got room service everyday, nice night view if you got the higher levels. It's a good location but very hard to get taxi there,however u can get tuk-tuks easily.
