Every time I’m in Bangkok, I always come back to Benjarong Hotel. Great location near MRT Ladprao, clean and comfortable rooms, and the warm hospitality from the staff makes it feel like home. Plus, I’m totally obsessed with their free snack and coffee bar—such a lovely touch!

My room was not facing the streets, so it was quiet. The staff at the front desk at night was very nice! She explained all the details of the hotel. I think next time I will try the bar in the basement. There is an ice machine for available, and there are also a washing machine, ironing board, and iron available.

The room is comfortable, and the amenities are quite new. Staff are nice and helpful. The location is a bit far from the central of town, nevertheless, they're close to MRT station.

Nice environment. All staff in the hotel are nice. Good customer service. However, the location is a bit inconvenient. But if you always take bike for travel than it’s fine, it is still quick to reach other travel spots. Walking in 10 mins can reach 7-11.

Thanks to Duty Manager Aon and Arm for the warm welcome and quick check-in. The cleaning staff kept the rooms in immaculate shape. The rooms are beautifully designed You also get a golf cart to take you to the shops nearby.

A nice boutique hotel but located right beside a major road (we could hear the traffic even though our room was facing the opposite side). The room was clean, but the walls were not well soundproofed as I could hear my neighbor talking in the bathroom as if they were in my room. I also didn't like the shower - the temperature is hard to control (will slowly change temperature on its own) so it was difficult to get a good shower. Breakfast buffet was the highlight - really great Southern Thai cuisine - but with limited selection compared to larger hotels. There is a small lounge with snacks and refreshments that is a nice touch. Overall, for the price and location, we would not stay at this hotel again.

Super nice staff, located near Lat Prao subway blue line/monorail yellow line but there no convenient store around here if you would like to grab some snack or buy anything nearby. All basic amenities provided is good. Anyway me and my sister don’t find it comfortable during our stay. As the wall is so thin that you could hear your neighbor talking and laughing. Our next room was quite talkative that night tho. In the middle of the night AC didn’t work twice, it wake us up ‘cus we can’t breathe comfortably.
