Priya Boutique House

We just completed a six-week trip across Asia and the Priya Boutique House was probably our favorite hotel. Incredibly charming space in a quieter neighborhood - but still accessible to Bangkok's major sites by local canal boat. Our host, Pang, was very helpful with all of our logistical needs and truly made us feel at home. Highly recommended!

My husband booked this place because he thought it looked quirky and a little bit different. We were so lucky he did!!! The hosts were literally the most amazing hosts who gave us maps and recommendations and tips for anything we asked. For example, Ma and Pa restaurant was the BEST Thai food we ate in Bangkok. They even wished our daughter happy birthday and gave her a small gift on the morning of her birthday 😍. The place is quirky, a little bit different, with very modern features alongside original features of this STUNNING hotel. It’s extremely clean, organised well, the breakfast of fruit delicious, the beds more comfortable than our own back home and it just smells divine! (Strange compliment but true) we will definitely return to Priya boutique on our next visit to Thailand. Thank you Pang and Jack.

I was very indecisive at first to book this place as *********** info showed no wifi when we booked (in May 2022 for the stay in Nov 2022). Contacted the owner on Facebook Messaging and found out that the wifi would be installed by the time we arrived. It turned out to be one of my best decisions to continue to book and stay at this charming Thai style house though as it is quite a memorable experience. I love the fact that the house was decorated with real and really nice plants and elegant real orchids which were so beautiful. Wooden floor in a room we stayed was nicely done. Basically, I couldn't find any flaws in the design and the choices of decoration. Some of them looked really cute though. 4 stars for location as I think the choices of transportation from this house is quite limited for those who want to use BTS or MRT. I planned to travel by boat from the nearest pier so the location was not much of a trouble for me. A plus side (and quite a surprise for me) is Cafe Velodome where you can rent some really nice bicycles is located just a few minutes walk from the house. I remember the breakfast (chicken rice) was very tasty as well. Oh. And the newly installed wifi was actually very good and the family who own the place was so friendly and helpful.
