This hotel is average as per price ,apples devices doesn’t support wifi in the room , there is no free wifi in the reception, I would like to book bolt when go air port reception told me go my booked room floor to book bolt… she is not willing to help book or share wifi, 7/11 is near by to buy something , thank you

Happy land Mansion is a nice cheap place to stay, people are friendly, has a fridge, kettle, free water and coffee daily, hot water works well, and they have cute dogs out the front.

I stayed at Happy Land Hotel in Bangkok during my recent solo trip, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and quick assistance whenever needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities I needed for a solo traveler. Wi-Fi was reliable, and the air conditioning worked well, which was a huge relief in Bangkok’s heat. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the quiet environment that allowed for restful sleep after long days of exploring. One area that could be improved is the breakfast—while it was decent, it lacked variety. Also, the interior of the hotel is a bit dated, but still well-maintained. For the price and location, Happy Land Hotel offered great value and comfort for a solo traveler. I’d recommend it to budget-conscious travelers looking for a safe and clean place to stay in Bangkok

A bit slow internet. But cleaning is everyday which is nice

the room is clean, they clean it regularly, and if you hang up the do not disturb sign, they will kindly hang up a bag of water, coffee and toilet paper for you, thank you

The best thing about the hotel is that you can have a good view of the city on the higher floors. The building is old and a few cockroaches were found around the water drainage outlets.

The location is not far from city. The staff with good service.

Not clean at all and very far from everything. The hotel is falling apart. I found a used condom in my bathroom bin when checking in, really gross.

The front desk cashier who was on duty that time is quiet rude in dealing with customers. He should be more accomodating in welcoming guests.

Affordable price with nice clean rooms. Hotel Staff is quite supportive and always available at reception for any kind of assistance. Nearby Location have lot of food stalls and department stores. Good place for stay for budget travelers.

The service was okay. Not friendly and not rude. It was just okay from the guy in front desk. The fridge was making noise during the night it was hard to sleep. The location is very far. Took me more than 200 baht to get there

Even though the place is old, the room seems quite well maintained. The surfaces that matter (eg bedsheets, floor) are relatively clean. Honestly for the price it's hard to beat. Just have to taper your expectations that this isn't a 5 star hotel (or even ibis/Hyatt place for that matter). Location wise it's deep in the middle of nowhere. Nearest BTS/MRT is a 40b win ride away. There's some cooked food, 7-11 and laundromat within 10min walking distance which is a plus. My room had non working hot water heater, and the wifi was painfully slow. Had to use my hotspot the entire stay (just minor annoyance that's all).

Need to update room. Good location, Tv and phone room doesn’t work.

It was good, we enjoyed our stay here and it was near the attraction we wanted to visit. Great for families
