Jeg valgte dette hotel på grund af den dejlige swimmingpool. Men jeg har aldrig svømmet. Jeg kunne ikke lide at svømme, fordi poolen var for lille. Hotelværelset var rent Værelset var større end forventet Mens Nya blev her i 5 dage, var der ikke en eneste, der smilede eller udvekslede hilsner. Jeg lod bare som om jeg ikke vidste det syntes at genere Jeg vil aldrig gå tilbage til et hotel med en dårlig smag

A friendly hotel that is conveniently located. It is not too busy, so time around the pool is relaxing.

Hotel is little far from nana plaza and BRT but hotel will arrange shuttle car drop

Staff were always excellent, kind and attentive. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast has a nice and fresh variety and the coffee is great!

Hotel was in great location, 1 street away from Nana Plaza but very quiet. Room was clean and everything fine. Breakfast was very good, food good and varied choice. Staff were polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

I had a very relaxed and wonderful stay at Sure Stay. Starting off, i must thank Prince, the front office manager, for her friendly and detailed approach, which also successfully instilled into her team providing the same standard of excellent services at the reception. This hotel is located near Nana and Ploen Chit, very convenient to go around. The room is spacious and clean Very quiet. The bed is very comfortable. A decent size outdoor pool. Breakfast is fine, good coffee. If the pastry and bread quality can be improved, then it would have been perfect.

We had a pleasant stay at the SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western. The hotel's central location made it very convenient for exploring the city. We enjoyed the good breakfast and attentive service. I would like to specifically mention Ms. Chote, who was exceptionally helpful and provided excellent service during our stay. The rooftop swimming pool was a bonus, offering wonderful views of the city. I highly recommend this hotel to others.

Room is good, very clean and can’t hear anything from outside. Location is good 10 mins away from BTS. The pool was great and clean. Staffs are very accommodating. Surely will stay again on my next trip.
