All good, clean , good service From T1..you just follow the sign board 2-3 min walk to hotel. From T2..take free bus from T2 to T1. When you leave the bus , u gonna see sign board to walk to hotel, just 2-3 min walk.to hotel.

Really impressed with the front desk staff. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Great hotel.

It’s hard to fault the Taj Bangalore. The location is right on the doorstep of Kempegowda Airport, which makes it very convenient for catching early flights, The service was was very good. Every staff member we encountered was very helpful, polite, and eager to please. The rooms and the hotel in general were clean and in good order. The food in the restaurants was prepared to a high standard and delicious. There is, however, one area which I feel falls little short, the back office. I wrote two emails asking for assistance on how best to get to the hotel from the international terminal. Both went unanswered. This proved to be a real inconvenience as there was no signage on how to get to the hotel from the terminal. The check in process took a lot longer than usual. The staff were apologetic and polite, and it seemed they were struggling with a system that was either slow or not fully functioning. , what rating to give the Taj Bangalore. Overall 8pm of 10. It deserved more, but the back office let the rest of the team down.

Everything was excellent except the food in a buffet restaurant. I could walk to the airport in less than 10 minutes.

Incredibly beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff and good breakfast buffet. Walking distance from Bangalore airport but no noise in the rooms. Dinner buffet a bit expensive but very wide and delicious. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

Very convenient hotel walking distance from T1 at Bangalore Airport. Friendly and professional staff make the difference here.

It was great location. We had early flight to catch. So convenient for drop off from hotel service 5mins. We had young children, moving them at 2am while they are sleeping went smoothly and less hassle. We got they early and no stress.

The go to hotel if you have a long layover in banglore. Conveniently located within a 7 min walk from terminal 1.

Please consider adopting complimentary drinking water in disposable plastic material. current complimentary bottled water had sticker expired and broken sticker in my room!!! and the bottled water was not changed or top up new one daily!!! My room no. 566 (check in: 8-Oct-24 ~ 10-Oct-24). I don't take the picture. I am looking forward to seeing better improvement in this only one factor. The rest of the factors are excellent.

Very convenient and comfortable. we'll managed and helped a lot for pickup and drop. the breakfast is awesome and the service is very true to its name. had a 2 night stay ..not a single sound of flight take off. sound proof rooms
