A really great experience staying here. Good food and comfortable rooms. Arpita, kankana, Kabir, chanam and prem took good care of me at the buffet. Transport was on time. Overall a very peaceful and a smooth stay. I would love to be back here.

Breakfast was awesome!! Almost everyday I could try lot of different things. Healthy sprout salads, Masala dosa, idli , cheela, Vadas - ooh so many kinds rotated through the week - medhu, paruppu, sabudhana, potato bonda etc. With 3 chutneys. Some days kachodi poori bhaji or bhature chole was there. Also standard fare like waffles, cereal, fruits, yoghurt etc there everyday. Omelettes to order was a nice touch. The service staff in the dining room Chanam, Kankana, Arpita, Jagan and one of the chefs Aditya - were some names I remembered. But all the staff were very friendly, attentive to needs in the restaurant. They had great smiles and made the stay very comfortable. Rooms The room was comfortable with great temperature and lighting control, the mattress was firm enough and soft. The pillows were also very comfortable for me. I slept quite well. It was just me so I could enjoy and take comfortable showers, it does take 1 min to 90 sec for warm water to start up after tap opening so plan for that. Water pressure was great. The only odd thing in the bathroom was the very high wash basin. I was wondering how kids (5-9?) handle that height disadvantage. Anyhow hopefully the hotel has some stepstools in such a case. --Fitness and Swimming It has a nice rooftop level swimming area and an open air style bar around in 8th floor. 7th floor has a standard gym that's quite sufficient. Disclaimer: this is a human review and given because I had a great stay.

People on reception were kindhearted & kept courtesy at utmost levels. Especially Ms Bipasa was very kind in welcoming us & allocating the room of our own choice (with Bathtub). She has owners mindset. Me and my family wants to express gratitude to her from bottoms of our heart and wishing her grand success in coming days. The food was top-notch. We got a chance to meet Mr Chanam from canteen...he was always having smile on his face & speaking in english very fluently while communicating with us. I am amazed to see him happy even in pressing rush hours in the canteen. Every hotel would love to keep such a good staff with them. I wish Mr Chanam loads of luck in coming times. Last but not the least, thank you so much for creating such a wonderful stay

Really enjoyed being here . Excellent service given by Chanam, Somnath , Chittaranjan,Kankana. Very friendly and nice ambiance Had a comfortable stay. Will visit in future and also tell my friends and family to visit. Thankyou for the great service.
