Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bengaluru Hebbal

I book the hotel through booking platform and after I reach there receptionist mention that your book is cancelled and later he mentioned that you can pay extra money so that they will accommodate hotel room which is scam and I did complain if there is cancellation why they haven’t informed or call they mentioned they reached which they didn’t .. and only my booking platform helped to communicate and later they took responsibility to fix it . Hotel Such poor service and scam and taking about room it is good to stay in home stay rather staying in that hotel . The next I moved to home stay which is really good and worth to stay near by that location.

I recently stayed at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bengaluru Hebbal Road, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. To start with, the breakfast area was swarming with flies. I’ve attached an image of a sandwich served with flies on it, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one under the Radisson brand. What made matters worse was the staff’s apathy — when I brought this to the chef’s attention, he casually responded saying, “there will be flies near the food area.” No accountability, no apology, and absolutely no sense of hygiene or hospitality. Due to torn bedsheets in my initial room, I opted to pay extra and shift to a suite, hoping for better standards. Unfortunately, even the suite had serious issues — foam from the restroom was overflowing, and the drainage system was so poor that the floor became dangerously slippery. For the price I paid, I expected basic hygiene, comfort, and professionalism — none of which were delivered. This has honestly felt like a waste of money, and I’m deeply disappointed with the low standards and complete disregard for guest safety and satisfaction.

Hotel located in heart of the city. Cleanliness & hygiene maintained. Rooftop restaurant & pool has amazing view. Breakfast spread and food quality is good.

The room ambience is good, rooms are spacious. Neat and clean rooms. Room service done on time. Food is good, felt like home. Managing the time is something that can be looked into while serving the guest. Shanti Faizan Riya Rajkumar and other staff

Good hospitality very good service very nice shanti very good service good service very good service very good. It's close to my office and the prices are reasonable, so I'd like to continue using it in the future. There was a bathtub, so it was a relaxing room for Japanese people.

Best place to stay and best food at mosaic ....loved our stay thank you team Country Inn Hebbal Bangalore...thank you staff for co operating and giving us fresh food in Beakfast Lunch and Dinner ..... Ms Shanthi , Mr Rajkumar and Mr Dharamveer thanks again
