I recently stayed at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bengaluru Hebbal Road, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. To start with, the breakfast area was swarming with flies. I’ve attached an image of a sandwich served with flies on it, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one under the Radisson brand. What made matters worse was the staff’s apathy — when I brought this to the chef’s attention, he casually responded saying, “there will be flies near the food area.” No accountability, no apology, and absolutely no sense of hygiene or hospitality. Due to torn bedsheets in my initial room, I opted to pay extra and shift to a suite, hoping for better standards. Unfortunately, even the suite had serious issues — foam from the restroom was overflowing, and the drainage system was so poor that the floor became dangerously slippery. For the price I paid, I expected basic hygiene, comfort, and professionalism — none of which were delivered. This has honestly felt like a waste of money, and I’m deeply disappointed with the low standards and complete disregard for guest safety and satisfaction.
