1. Tv not working, electric kettle not working, phones not working in most of the rooms. We tried 4 rooms. After complaining also no change. Only rooms changed but all problems sustained in next rooms also

Very bad experience. The general manager of the hotel was very rude and was shouting like anything. He should lean how to treat his customers

Excellent supporting staff, superb restaurant experiences. Cleaning was very good. They allow us early check in also. Overall great experience. I want to give review as 5 star in make my trip website, but unable to find where to give. Gokul, desk manager was very helpful. Thank you.
