Rooms are in 2 nd floor and they don't have lift, welcome drink for 3 ppl is one half liter water bottle. Tv didn't work, no one at reception to hear us. Bathroom door seems to be a second hand. One saving grace is cam-ode is clean. Veg food options are limited. Room service amounts are to be settled then and there, in late evening your room will stink due to smell from bar in ground floor. I will not recommended this hotel for family and elderly people.
