Super High standard and same as other country of Ritz Carlton , Food, Room , Hotel mood and tone so nice. Staff names Mr. Rajesh Paliwal, Mr. Sasif, Ms.Sowmyab iyengar, Ms. Afrin took care us so very ver well. all the best

Great location for business travel. Service was 5 stars, as expected. May be the furnishings could be modernised with a brighter outlook.

One word “AMAZING”! I have stayed at a lot of five stars around the world but Ritz Carlton in Bangalore exceeded my expectations all the way up! The service is so so good, they really take care of their guests. I travelled solo and their staff like Aishwarya, the young guy downstairs at the concierge, all the staff and chef at the breakfast restaurant were so nice and accommodating. Their staff Aishwarya and team went above and beyond, and bought me a swimsuit as they got to know I forgot to bring mine! The spa and swimming pool is dreamy! Loved my stay here!

Ritz’ staff are some of the friendliest and helpful people I had met in my stay in India. From the welcome when getting off the car to the House keeping team, (thank you again to Prabat, Iban, and Neetu and to their lead for helping me with my fitness goals). Rooms are always kept clean and spotless, always one of the preferred location when staying in Bangalore. Live music at their Market restaurant also a great plus

We were treated with great care by Achint, Manager when we arrived on December 16th. Achint allotted us a great room 1231 Carlton suite with excellent amenities and service ! I would love to come back again in future! Thanks a bunch ! Nandini Ram.

Han an unforgettable overnight stay at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Bangalore. We had to arrange alternate accomodation & this hotel gladly obliged working closely with their counterpart, JW Marriot. The team in Sanket & Heemansshu were so welcoming! Staff throughout were always helpful & friendly. Breakfast buffet was simply stunning with the live cooking stations.

We traveled as a family of four to Bengaluru in November 2024 and stayed at the Ritz Carlton Bengaluru for 9 nights. Simply put, our experience was excellent throughout and we recommend this hotel for other families traveling with young children. We stayed in a suite with two adjoining bedrooms that were comfortable, clean and accommodated our needs perfectly. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are very well appointed. House cleaning kept our rooms immaculate throughout our stay and provided fresh linens daily. The hotel provided additional thoughtful touches for the children, including adorable backpacks for each of our kids that they used throughout our trip. They also arranged for a special activities, including cupcake decorating with one of the chefs and a scavenger hunt. Our kids really enjoyed the pool on the fifth floor as well. Thank you to Aishwarya and Afrin from guest services for making it a memorable stay for our kids. These extra touches were much appreciated and a bit surprising for the Ritz which, historically, is not always perceived as family/kid friendly. We also enjoyed the complementary breakfast buffet daily, and were simply wowed by the food and by the attentiveness of the staff. We would like to give a particular shout out to Brijesh and Nitesh who provided excellent recommendations for foods to try and greeted us warmly every day. The service throughout our stay was outstanding at every touch point including room service, the valet, spa (shout out to Remi—one of the best massages I’ve ever had) and hair salon (excellent wash and blow dry by Manjunath). It is clear to me that everyone here takes great pride in their work, and that the hotel manages to maintain high standards for the service provided at every turn. The only downside to note is that hotel is located in a very traffic prone area in the heart of the city. The location makes it ideal to get to many places in the city but it could take up to 20-25 min to get out of the immediate vicinity of the hotel during peak travel times. We hope to continue returning to this hotel during future visits to Bangalore. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

I spent just a night but it was the most memorable - a quintessential rommance of Luxury and Excellence. The staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. I had a cut on my finger, the saff help with first aid. The breakfast was out of this world. Possibly the best croissant I have had in a hotel. There is so much to say but you have to expereince it yourself, when next you are in Bengaluru.
